Lord Ethan's arrival.

"Why are you staring at me like that?". Annie asked as she noticed the way Amelia was staring at her absent-mindedly.

Amelia was in a serious thinking mood because of what Annie previously said to her, but she suddenly snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Annie's voice speak to her again.

"Em, My Lady, are you perhaps hurt somewhere?". Amelia suddenly asked Annie this question because she was certain that there was no possible way– that Annie could just have escaped from Bernard and Arnold.

"Huh?. What's wrong with you, Amelia? How can I be hurt?". Annie asked Amelia, who was dumbstruck.

"I'm sorry, My Lady. It's just that, I couldn't believe you were able to escape those two vampires". Amelia admitted before she added, "Are you angry at me, my Lady?".

"Of course I'm not mad at you, but I will be if you don't keep your mouth shut". Annie announced to Amelia. Amelia talks way too much that it was already affecting Annie in the head.

"Sure, My Lady…. Anything you say". Amelia said to Annie with a smiling face before she went quiet.

"Lord Ethan!". The servants bowed their heads upon the arrival of Lord Ethan in the mansion. They all remained bowing like that until Ethan gestured for them to rise, which they did.

"Father!". Aria cried out after seeing her father come down from the golden carriage. She ran to where he was and immediately told him everything that had happened. She couldn't wait for him to deal with that bitch himself.

Ethan's face darkened when he heard what Aria informed him about, most especially, he was annoyed seeing the injuries on Aria's body. How dare his late wife's daughter get back here to his mansion!? Didn't she die already when she was thrown out of the mansion? Thinking about this caused Ethan to grit his teeth.

Aria secretly smirked after seeing the sudden change of expression on her father's face. 'Better prepare yourself for your punishment, bitch'. Aria thought.

Soon, in no time, Mila also came to welcome her dear husband, Lord Ethan. But it seemed as if Ethan's mind was only focused on how to throw that bastard daughter of his out of his mansion.

Mila gladly led the way to Annie's room as she couldn't wait for Ethan to be done dealing with Annie, so that she could eliminate Annie permanently.

"Seems like a show is about happening". Annie suddenly said with an expressionless face, as she could already feel the presence of the vampires approaching her room.

Annie didn't hesitate and went out of her bedroom. She did this immediately because she didn't want the show to happen inside her room— before her room gets destroyed.

Amelia, on the other hand, didn't understand what Annie's words meant. She indeed wanted to ask Annie questions, but recalled that Annie might actually get angry with her this time. So she just quietly went after Annie.

"There she is father!. Kill...". Aria immediately covered her mouth with her hands after she realized what she was about to say. 'That bitch is still father's daughter after all…. So why would he want to kill her because of me!?'. This thought made Aria angry because she wanted Annie to be gone for good.

"Oh no... It's Lord Ethan". Amelia's face became uncontrollably pale because of the scene in front of her. She didn't exactly know how her lady was able to escape from Bernard and Arnold, but she was certain now that Lord Ethan would definitely deal with her.

In an instant, Amelia knelt down on her two knees and started pleading on behalf of Annie.

"Stand up this instant, Amelia!". Annie ordered and was deeply irritated seeing Amelia beg for her!.

Amelia was hesitant about getting back up to her feet, but when she heard Annie's threatening voice again, she got really scared and stood up. Amelia couldn't risk offending Annie, exactly as she couldn't risk offending Lord Ethan.

Annie smirked upon seeing the darkened face of Lord Ethan.

"Father see!. Annie dared to challenge you!. Avenge us for what she did. She doesn't deserve your mercy!". Aria raised her voice loudly as she said this. She wanted her father to just get on with this immediately, as she was already feeling impatient.

Annie hissed after hearing Aria's words. "What a pathetic vampire you are. You couldn't hurt me yourself, and now you want someone else to do it for you?. Such a dependent coward". Annie said boldly before her face darkened as she added, "Mercy?. And who said I need your mercy, Ethan?".

The guards behind almost fainted after they heard what Annie said. Such boldness. Where did she get this courage from?!

Ethan's face darkened when he heard Annie call him by his name. With anger, he unleashed his dark powers against her.

"Haha! Let's see how you'll handle this, bitch". Aria muttered and wore a wicked smirk on her face after seeing the way her father attacked Annie. 'She won't survive this for sure'. Aria thought and giggled.

[Swoosh!!].

"Watch out, My Lady!". Amelia panicked and said out. Tears were already dropping out of Amelia's eyes as she was ready to shield Annie.

Annie didn't even move an inch. She slightly shook her head and withstood the dark powers of Ethan with her pinky finger.

Everybody gasped in disbelief and great shock!. Annie withstood Lord Ethan's dark powers unleashed on her with just a pinky finger!. This was really a great humiliation for Ethan, who was currently one of the 7 supreme ranked vampires!.

The servants behind stepped further away after seeing what Annie had done.

Ethan staggered and almost lost his balance after witnessing what happened. He even saw the way Annie was playing with his dark powers, like it was nothing to her.

Mila and Aria, on the other hand, were also speechless.

"Is this witch planning to do that same trick she did to me and Mother?'. Aria thought, and was already stepping backwards.

Annie had noticed that Aria was shamelessly planning to save herself, so she mocked her, "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Don't you think that it's still early for you to back down? I'm talking about you, coward".

The attention of everyone fell on Aria after they heard what Annie said.

Aria gritted her teeth in anger…. She truly can't wait to get the opportunity to kill Annie.
