Since neither Noah nor Levi were the ones who scheduled all that, they had to ask Maery to deal with… uh… canceling it?

Feeling helpless due to both his sister AND his pesky system, Noah turned to his fiancé for help. Only to see the other crossing over pretty much all of his former honeymoon plans one by one.

Let’s be real for a sec… who the fuck wanted to go inspect properties in Snowbrook when he could be spending that time with his precious darling instead?! What kind of retard would Levi be if he passed off a golden opportunity to be intimate with his baby in favor of work?! Visit the riots in Kunma? Instead of playing with his baby on the beach?!? And thus, most of the duo’s honeymoon plans needed to be remade from the ground up.

But making last-minute changes to their honeymoon plans… ah… to put it mildly – the only places which still had openings in their schedule were the ones they (and everyone else) didn’t want to go to! ○|￣|_

Luckily, Maery took pity on the two and decided she’d only go to the majority of the things she had planned out and not all of them. As an older sister, she had to be magnanimous and leave some scraps–uh, some good opportunities for her little bro.

Thus, the two filled up the gaps in their plans with things that didn’t need a reservation, such as playing at the beach in the Cordia’s aquarium resort or going on a mini-tour of scenic places with Astar’s yacht.

Noah, as a little orphan whose expeditions outside his city could be counted on the fingers of one hand, naturally didn’t have high requirements for a fun trip. As long as they were going somewhere new that wasn’t a dump or life-threatening, he’d look forward to it with shining eyes.

As the two soon-to-be-newlyweds filled up their honeymoon schedule, Noah only got more and more excited for this upcoming super fun trip. And with his baby looking like a ball of sunshine, simply glowing with happiness, how could Levi be in the mood to nitpick about their travel plans? Of course, if his baby was happy, then Levi was also happy!

Besides, as long as they were together, it didn’t matter where they went. All Levi needed to feel perfectly content in life was a bed with his baby in it. (／≧ω＼)

When everything had been settled, the moon was already high in the sky, and the grooms were tired but very much looking forward to this trip. For very different reasons.

However, the trip that Levi was looking forward to the most wasn’t his honeymoon but the one that was currently in progress – going to the bedroom to sleep with his baby! (ﾉ*^o^)ﾉ*

The two boys made their way towards the guest room Levi had settled himself in. And all the while, Levi guardedly looked left and right, expecting one wild father-in-law to jump out of the bushes to stop them at any moment.

And indeed, lo and behold! The man himself had finally appeared, fully clothed in battle armor (of fake smiles) and prepared to fight it out to the (metaphorical) death! ψ(╬｀∇´)ψ

“Father-in-law,” Levi politely nodded his head, but his eyes spoke of a different story, ‘How come I’ve never seen you guarding your daughter’s chastity this enthusiastically in the 6 years I’ve been dating her?’ (°ㅂ°╬)

“Son-in-law,” Cordia daddy nodded back, but his smile expressed a clear ‘Gee, I wonder. (°ㅂ°╬) How come I’ve never seen you sneaking into my daughter’s room in the middle of the night over the 6 years you’ve been “dating” her?’

The eyes of the two combatants locked. Thunder and lightning rumbled in the background. Sparks flew in the air!

The one very clueless sheep, that was being led by the arm into a wolf’s den by the den’s owner himself, “Hey, dad. We are going to retire for tonight. You should rest up early, too.” ╰(*°▽°*)╯

The two combatants whose faceoff of life and death was interrupted so anticlimactically, “…”

Cordia daddy avoided looking into the clear eyes of his gullible offspring and instead eyed the wolf’s hand that was wrapped around the mentioned offspring’s upper arm. “You are going to retire for tonight? In Levi’s room?” (ꐦ ◠‿◠)

Noah didn’t notice the sharpness within the words and waved it away with a melodious puff of laughter, “No, I’m just going over to help Levi fall asleep with my soothing.”

Cordia daddy shot his son a profound look, “And how long will that take? If he refuses to fall asleep, what will you do? Sleep next to him until the morning?”

Not expecting such a question, Noah blinked his large eyes and tilted his head in confusion, “My soothing is very effective; there should be no issues in helping him fall asleep–” Noah abruptly halted his words. If his father’s exasperated expression was anything to go by, he might have misinterpreted the other’s meaning.

Noah paused to recall his father’s words, “…If he refuses to fall asleep?” Then his eyes widened, and a giggle escaped him, “What do you take him as? A child throwing a tantrum? He wouldn’t do that!”

The ‘child throwing a tantrum’ Levi who planned to do precisely that, "..." (￢з￢)

At that moment, Cordia daddy made a perfect picture of a father whose son failed to live to expectations. He let out a long sigh of disappointment, wrote his son off as a failed cause, and moved onto the real ‘enemy’ here.

“Oh, right! Son-in-law…” Cordia daddy’s face warped into a big smile, making him resemble an old fox. “Have you had a word with your father yet?”

The shrewd wolf Astar Levi finally understood. This disagreeable father-in-law of his called for backup! That’s why he has been smiling that crafty smile the entire day!

‘Hah! The joke is on you!’ Levi’s lip curled up, ‘You think my parents can stop me from sleeping with my baby? Dream on! No one can stop me from sleeping with my precious tonight!’ Levi turned his nose up at this pitiful move from his opponent. What a futile attempt of a counter! ‘Heh, father-in-law, it’s your loss this time! Let me tell it to you upfront! Even if the end of the world arrived right at this moment, I’d still be sleeping with your son tonight!’
