CHAPTER 51

ELENA

The past 2 weeks have been very rough for all of us because of the threats sent across. 2 days ago, I was shocked to the narrows at the realisation that one of the most trusted guards turned out to be a spy in our midst. I guess that he must have had his eyes on me but I'm grateful that he didn't harm me while Luciano and Franco were always away.

I decided to become a chef just like the chief chef since cooking was something I was good at, so I thought it wise to go tell Luciano about my decision.

I walked out of my room and headed towards the left wing, when I arrived at his room I could hear him speak in a loud and angry tone to someone. It meant that he was really upset about something and I didn't want to talk to him while he was very unhappy. So I immediately turned to leave.

Just when I turned, the door opened wide and he walked out of his room to find me walking away from his wing. He called out to me “Darling!!” He said loudly, and it made me turn back.

As
