Valerie

My heart stopped beating when I heard this.

Without looking back, I could sense Xavier’s fury was flaring. His deep breathes and snarls were threatening and intimidating. In a haste, I struggled to push Sebastian away and get down from his body.

Turning around to look at Xavier, I was stunned. He did seem to be angry, but not the kind I used to see on his face, moody or frightful, but rather disappointed or even remorseful. After a long silent stare at me, he flickered the glance to Sebastian and it suddenly turned to be a provocative glare as he saw the trace of wetness I left on his lap.

Curling his lip corner into a cavalier smile, Sebastian stared at the remaining on his pants, wiped it away using his fingertip and sucked off the juices.

Astonished by what he had done, I quickly ducked my head, not wanting Xavier to see the peculiar flush on my face. It’s truly bizarre that I felt rather upset by thinking of

Valerie I breathed deeply to calm down my racing heart beat. Forcing myself to focus back on the fragments, I hoped to find more clue. The werewolves on that once-complete photograph were evidently high-rankings in the Red Moon Pack for their luxurious-looking outfits and a special red badge, in a shape of crescent, clipped on their collars. There were familiar faces I had just seen in the dining room, but there’s one thing confused me in particular. I was pretty sure that the man who stood beside Caser Murphy in both photographs was absent. Though I didn’t know much about werewolves, I did acknowledge that their pack always functioned in very strict hierarchy system. That meant, if I didn’t take it wrong, the man, for his proximity to Caser Murphy, must have been the Beta of the Red Moon Pack. But according to the confession from the two wolves, their “Beta Dean” was present here to make an order of assassination. So, it’s no

XavierValerie stared at me dumbly for a few seconds before looking away timidly and hesitantly. Her rosy cheeks were tinted with hidden desire. She still had the smell of another man, a strong scent of cologne that was constantly challenging my patience.I had been on the edge of control since I stepped in this room. She wouldn’t never know how hard I was trying to stay calm. My cock was aching, screaming for tasting her tightness.I leant down to watch her in proximity. She dropped her eyelids to avoid eye-contacting, but her treacherous body was quivering, telling me her real want. I had to restrain my raging desire to fuck her row, to watch her cry and beg for my mercy, to see her sensitive body flush in climax, to tease her when she desperately tried to hold back her sweet moans. If she ever had a clue how furious I was watching her lean against another man, she would be freaked out. Valerie was just a human, I kept repe

ValerieSome said that memories could be manipulated and deceitful. People tended to believe and reminisce things we felt comfortable with, and selectively forgot torturous and unbearable calamities. But the nightmares, though you didn’t want to think about, would be recalled again. Once you’d lost in despair or been forced into the dark corner, those horrible things you had tasted in the past reality would come back and ravage you. That’s what we called trauma.I had always consider the biggest traumatic incident in my life was the raid 5 years ago. Nothing could be more tragic than that, I thought, but it’s until this moment, I found I had been wrong. I had never seen the whole picture of my life and I had been far away from the complete truth. In a flash, I realized something too shock for me to endure in silence anymore. The moment I finished my plea, Xavier had already rushed over a

ValerieIt felt a bit awkward to have breakfast here alone with Xavier. I could sense his gaze was lingering around me all time, even if he was eating or drinking. He wasn’t inspecting me at all, just eyeing me fondly as if being possessive over something he treasured. But that did made me nervous, for my intention to make an utterance of my confusions and fears. But a strong emotion hesitated me. I was at a loss, deeply, wondering if that was the right occasion to put out my questions. I could hardly place my stare at him since what happened last night. It didn’t mean that I regretted what I had done with him.I just felt…embarrassed. As if noticing the oddity in my behavior, Xavier pulled me closer and asked me with a gentle voice: “What’s wrong?”I lifted my gaze to him before swallowing down the lump in my throat. Valerie“Get into the bathroom!” Alyssa signaled to me while pressing her ear against the door to check the movements of guards.I darted into the small room on the right side, hiding myself behind the door which I left ajar for keeping an eye on what was going to happen out here.A hasty knock tense me up, goosebumps spreading across my arms.Alyssa opened the room door slovenly, grunting, “For god sake, do you guys know how late it is?”She sounded annoyed while pointing at the clock on her nightstand. “Don’t you understand that it’s very impolite for a guy to knock at a lady’s door after the sunset?” She grumbled.“Ms. Woodland, my apology.” The leading guard bowed respectfully, “We’re looking for a human slave who just escaped. Have you seen any suspicious human girl passing across?”“I know.” Alyssa rolled up her eyes,

LucasWhen I looked into her eyes, a rosy blush spread across her cheeks. I chuckled and gently pressed my lips to hers."Too late to feel embarrassed," I whispered against her breath."I... I'm not embarrassed," she mumbled, her eyes blinking. She averted her gaze, as if making eye contact was too strong for her. Her eyelashes danced like the wings of butterflies.I smiled. A surge of joy bubbled up within me. "Remember what happened last night?" I asked.Valerie's eyes widened, her blush now turning a deeper shade of red. She cleared her throat nervously and stammered, "W-What?""It seems that you don't remember," I said, "Well, I don't mind helping you recall. First, you touched your body to seduce me. Then—""No more details!" She extended her hands hastily and covered my mouth, stopping me from continuing.Teasing her always gave me a lot of enjoyment. I gently grabbed her wrist and brushed her skin as I started kissing her hand. She tried to pull away, but I wouldn't allow it."

ValerieLucas didn’t bite me. It was me who went out of control that night. And I didn’t realize what I had done until the next morning. When I woke up naked with Lucas, I found myself in shitty trouble. That night, the only thing I felt was exhaustion. I was extremely impatient with the discomfort in my body. My flesh was on fire, burning, flaring. Every inch of my skin felt like being nibbled by small bugs. They bit me in a rather tickling way. I touched my body in hasty, trying to find a way to stop it.But I couldn’t. I trembled and panted when Lucas put me somewhere soft and cool. I didn’t know where I was. I didn’t care. All I cared about at that moment was the man above me. He looked at me with those flaming eyes as I struggled to get away from his grip. My wrists were cuffed by his large hand. That’s disturbing. I snarled as I lift my head like a beast, threatening to dig into his flesh. But I wasn’t one of those wolves with sharp canines. My teeth were blunt. Lucas didn’t

Valerie This might be a wrong decision. The escape. But I didn’t have any other choice. Did I? The reason why I came here was simple. That’s the only place I could possibly get away from the wolf guards. They were afraid of getting close to this garden, the wolves. Just like they were afraid of Lucas Lang or any other bloodsuckers. Wolves had extraordinary olfaction. I supposed they had already found my trace, but didn’t dare to break in, especially on a night like this, with no blessing from the moon. The garden was nicely cultivated, remaining almost the same as last time. A fresh smell of rose and meadow hang in the air, trying to calm my nerves. It was romantic, I had to say. Lucas must be in deep love with a girl named Chelsea. Just thought about how he treated me, the one who he thought was Chelsea’s reincarnation. It wasn’t hard to find the pave to that beautiful statuary. Reaching out my arm, I brushed over the sleek surface of Chelsea. She looked at me with determined eyes.

ValerieAlyssa was rather candid or even blunt, to some extent. I supposed it’s not easy for people who had suffered from such a trauma like her to speak out their miserable stories in a frank way. But Alyssa, on the opposite, was eager to share. After being confined with the secret for so long, she desperately wanted someone to listen to her, comfort her and guide her, like a lamb missing her flock.Alyssa Woodland, as the only daughter of Alpha Felix, princess of the strongest north pack, was an Omega.“See, it was quite straight-forward, isn’t it?” She shrugged, trying to sound indifferent. But her voice was shaking as her eyes flared at me. “That’s why I can never inherit the throne. No wolf would be willing to submit to someone like me. Omega’s leadership? Fuck it! Even the most ordinary werewolf could easily topple it and put me to death!”Her utterance left me in complete shock
