Episode 29

A smile broke on Ruth's face as he agreed to her proposal. "Thanks Charlie" she said and we strolled to the dinning area.

The food was already on the table waiting to be served. I sat at my usual spot, she turned to leave but I gestured her to stay back and join me, she declined with the excuse that she had a lot of work to do. I didn't let her serve the food as she wanted to. If only she knew, she was of ahogher class than I am, she was earning something for her job but me, I'm just a mere Puttana as I'm regarded by all Felix workers.

The food was already getting cold, we began eating. For the first time I my life I felt like I had a friend, Ruth had a friendly aura, which one could easily warm up to. She's the only person I think I can relate with in this hell hole.

After having breakfast, she cleared the table and went on to do the dishes, I asked if I could help but she declined, stating that the boss would be mad if he sees me doing her job, she could even get fired.
