As I walked away from the hospital, Clara's angry words echoed in my mind. I couldn't stop feeling the guilt that settled deep in my chest. Lost in thought, I almost missed the sight of a pregnant woman struggling with two small children on the side of the road. They looked tired and hungry, their clothes worn and dirty. I felt an overwhelming urge to help them. But I just hope they won't act like others and reject my help.

“Hi there,” I said, kneeling down to the children’s level and offering a warm smile. “How are you? Would you like some fruits?”

The children’s eyes lit up with excitement, and the pregnant woman looked at me with gratitude in her eyes. “Thank you so much, Aunty,” she said, her voice was weary but kind.

I handed them some of the fruits I had, and the children eagerly reached for apples and oranges. Their smiles were infectious, and I felt a small sense of relief knowing I could help, even in a small way.
