The days in the hospital dragged on. I was healing physically, but the emotional wounds were far deeper and more painful. Losing the baby felt like losing a part of myself, and it took everything in me to keep moving forward. Elena was my rock, always by my side, helping me through each painful step of recovery.

When I was finally discharged, I felt a strange mix of relief and anxiety. I knew I couldn't stay in the hospital forever, but the thought of returning to Liam's mansion gave me goosebumps.
