Chapter 48

SHE WAS startled awake by the sudden movement on the other side of the bed. When her eyes opened, she saw Ethan who was wearing a reading glass while reading a certain book in his hand.

For a brief moment, what she did was blink her eyes. Michelle never had seen Ethan reading a book before, so the view was kind of new to her.

“You’re awake,” Ethan said.

That’s when she realized that he was already looking down at her. Clearing her throat, she then nodded her head. Michelle felt so warm that she had to check herself under the blanket. Her forehead creased upon seeing that she was wearing Ethan’s long sleeves which appeared so oversize in her.

“I dressed you up,” Ethan explained.

“W—What? Why?”

“Your naked body is a tease, Mich.”

“Oh, okay...” Her cheeks immediately blushed.

Ethan turned his gaze back to the book. Michelle could not help but caress her chest under the blanket. It was the first time she wore a man’s clothes and she did not know that it would bring her a foreign, yet cool
