Selena lay in bed, staring at the ceiling. Her whole body ached from yesterday’s training, but that was not what kept her awake.

She kept thinking about Adrian.

Why did he suddenly agree to train her?

She had trained with Nathan before. It was hard, painful, but she had asked for it. Nathan had pushed her beyond her limits. But Adrian? He was not the type to do things without a reason.

If he had decided to train her personally, then he must have seen something in her.

But what?

She didn’t know the answer, but one thing was clear, she could not fail.

Her muscles hurt as she sat up, but she forced herself out of bed. The sun was not even up yet, but she didn’t care. Adrian would be waiting, and she would not show weakness.

As Selena pulled on her training clothes, Valerie, who was sleeping , turned over in bed, rubbing her eyes sleepily.

“You are seriously doing this?” Valerie mumbled.

Selena tied her hair back. “I have to.”

Valerie sighed and sat up. “I just hope he won’t be too hard o

Selena hesitated outside the heavy wooden doors of the training hall, her heart pounding in her chest.Inside, she could hear the sharp, heated voices of Adrian and Nathan clashing against each other like swords. She wasn’t sure what was being said, but the tension in their voices was unmistakable.Nathan was angry. And she had a feeling she knew why.She exhaled shakily and pushed the door open just enough to slip inside.Nathan stood in the middle of the hall, his shoulders tense, his jaw clenched. His dark eyes burned with frustration as he glared at Adrian, who, as always, stood calm and composed, his expression unreadableThe air inside the training hall felt thick, almost suffocating. The only sound was the distant crackling of torches on the stone walls.Nathan stood rigid, his hands curled into fists at his sides. His heart pounded in his chest, but it wasn’t from exhaustion, it was from anger.Across from him, Adrian stood tall, his face as unreadable as ever. His dark eyes h

  • Sold To The Devil Mafia Boss   Chapter 82

Nathan sat in silence, his back resting against the bed frame, while Damon leaned against the small table in the room. The flickering candlelight cast shadows on the walls, making the room feel smaller than it actually was. The air was thick with tension, but Damon acted as if he didn’t notice, scrolling lazily through his phone.Nathan, on the other hand, felt like he was suffocating. He had been holding everything in for too long. His frustration. His confusion. His feelings. And now, after what had happened in the training hall, everything was boiling over.Selena.He hated that her name alone had the power to unsettle him. It was a dangerous thing, dangerous because she wasn’t his to want. And yet, here he was.Damon finally looked up from his phone and sighed. “Are you just going to sit there and mope all night?”Nathan shot him a glare. “I’m not moping.”Damon smirked. “Right. You are just sitting in the dark, staring at nothing, thinking about a certain girl who happens to be y

  • Sold To The Devil Mafia Boss   Chapter 83

Nathan tapped his fingers against the table, staring at the documents scattered before him. He had spent the last two days digging into Adrian’s meeting with the Costa family, but no matter where he looked, he kept hitting a dead end.Nothing.No records. No leaked conversations. No whispers in the underground. It was as if Adrian’s meeting had been wiped clean from existence.Nathan exhaled sharply, pushing the papers aside. He wasn’t sure what frustrated him more, the lack of information or the fact that he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.Damon, who had been lounging on the couch, watching him obsessed over the same files for hours, finally spoke.“You know, for someone so smart, you sure are wasting a lot of time.”Nathan shot him a glare. “If you are not going to be useful, get out.”Damon smirked. “I am being useful. I’m telling you to stop chasing ghosts.”Nathan clenched his jaw. “Adrian doesn’t do business with just anyone. If he met with the Costas, there i

Nathan sat alone in his dimly lit office, his fingers pressed against his temple as he stared at the surveillance images before him. The club, the meeting, Valerio’s words, they all circled in his mind like vultures, preying on his patience."If Adrian met with the Costas, it wasn’t to betray you it was to protect you."Protect him from what?Nathan exhaled sharply, running a hand through his hair. He hated the way those words echoed in his head, leaving him with more questions than answers. Adrian had always been a step ahead, always moving in silence, but this time, Nathan refused to be kept in the dark. His gaze dropped to the folder on his desk, filled with images of Adrian’s meeting. If Adrian was protecting him, why hide it? Why erase every trace of the meeting except this?Nathan clenched his jaw. This wasn’t how it used to be. Once upon a time, Adrian would have told him everything. They had been inseparable, brothers in all but name. But that bond had shattered for a very lon

Nathan barely had time to process Adrian’s frustrating response when the door swung open, and a familiar figure walked in like he owned the place.Luca Costa.Nathan’s entire body tensed the moment their eyes met.Luca didn’t acknowledge him at first. Instead, he strolled in casually, his black coat swaying slightly as he moved. He had that same smug expression like a man who always knew more than he was letting on. Like someone who had secrets buried so deep, even the devil himself wouldn’t be able to dig them out.Nathan clenched his jaw. This was the same Luca Costa that Adrian had gone out of his way to meet in secret. The same man Nathan had been trying to get information on. And now, here he was, stepping into Adrian’s office like it was just another day.Nathan’s fingers twitched at his side.So Luca could just come here? Just like that? Then why the hell had Adrian gone out of his way to meet him in secret? But this? This made something burn inside him.Luca finally turned to

The convoy moved fast. Black SUVs tore through the streets, engines humming low beneath the tension in the air. Adrian sat in the lead vehicle, gaze fixed ahead, fingers drumming lightly against his knee. The only sign of impatience.Nathan sat beside Matteo in the second car, Luca behind them. The air was thick with anticipation, but Nathan wasn’t just focused on the Morenos anymore. His mind kept circling back to the bigger question, who was backing them? And why now?The moment they arrived at the warehouse near the docks, something felt off.It was too quiet.Nathan had been in enough war zones to know that silence like this wasn’t peace, it was a warning.Adrian’s men moved swiftly, spreading out, weapons drawn, scanning the surroundings. The place looked abandoned, but the faint scent of gunpowder still lingered in the air.Nathan’s eyes trailed over the scattered bullet shells on the ground. Blood smeared the concrete in streaks, but there were no bodies. The Morenos had cleane

The convoy moved quickly through the streets, the black SUVs moving smoothly in the dark. Inside, no one spoke. There was nothing left to say. The docks were waiting, and whatever lay ahead would demand their full attention.Nathan sat in the second SUV, his gaze locked on the road ahead, his fingers tapping absently against the handle of his gun. Matteo was beside him, while Luca sat in the back, checking his weapon with slow, careful movements. The tension in the vehicle was palpable. In the lead car, Adrian sat in the passenger seat, his expression unreadable, though Nathan had been around him long enough to recognize the slight clench of his jaw, the faint drumming of his fingers against his knee. Adrian was thinking, calculating every possible scenario before they even arrived.Nathan exhaled, his mind circling back to the words of the dying man."The docks."It could mean a million things. Nathan’s fingers tightened around the phone as he stared at the message.Dock 17. Midnight. So, that's there meeting point? Adrian took the phone from Nathan, his sharp eyes scanning the message. He didn’t speak, but his silence carried the weight of a decision already made. The fire from the explosion crackled behind them, illuminating his face in flickering shadows.“They think they control the board,” Adrian finally said, his voice cold. “It’s time we remind them who they’re dealing with.”Luca cracked his knuckles. “So what is the play?”Adrian’s gaze lifted, meeting Nathan’s. “We go to Dock 17.”Nathan nodded. “And we make sure none of them walk out.”The plan was set in motion within minutes. Adrian’s men moved with ruthless efficiency, loading up weapons, checking ammunition, and preparing for what was to come. The air inside the SUVs was filled with tension, the kind that settled in the bones like a promise of bloodshed.Dock 17 was isolated, a forgotten part of the port wher

The hospital smelled of antiseptic and fear.Selena sat in the hallway, her arms wrapped tightly around herself, Adrian beside her, silent. The last hour had felt like a lifetime. Paramedics had managed to stabilize Nathan, but the bullet had done damage, too close to his lungs. Now, he was in surgery, fighting for his life.“He saved me,” Selena whispered, her voice barely audible. “He could have let me die... after everything...”Adrian turned his head slowly, eyes shadowed with guilt and pain. “He wasn’t always a traitor.”“He’s still your cousin.”Adrian’s jaw clenched. “And he was still working with the woman who tried to destroy us.”Selena didn’t argue. Because he wasn’t wrong but neither was she.“I want to see her,” she said suddenly, her tone sharp.“Who?” Adrian asked.“Isabella.”---The police had taken Isabella into custody, but Adrian still had strings to pull. Within the hour, Selena stood behind a pane of glass, watching the woman who had nearly taken everything from

Isabella's phone buzzed sharply that evening. She answered without checking. The voice on the other end made her sit up straighter.“It’s done,” Your father said. “He was one of them. Adrian’s sister, she was caught in our crossfire that year.”Isabella gasped, hand flying to her mouth. “Are you serious?”“She trusted one of us. And it got her killed.”Isabella’s shock quickly twisted into excitement. “Adrian doesn’t know, does he?”“He doesn’t. But you can change that. Leave a trail. Let him find it himself. If he connects the dots, he’ll never look at Selene the same again.”A slow, dangerous smile spread across Isabella’s face. “Consider it done.”She ended the call and practically flew out the door, her mind racing. She reached Nathan’s place breathless and laughing.“I’ve got it,” she said, barging in.Nathan raised an eyebrow. “What?”“The information that will destroy them more. Since they have reconcile too quickly, I have found something to break them back. Adrian’s sister’s

Adrian stood by the window of his study, hands clasped behind his back. He hadn’t slept. Not out of fear or restlessness, but because his mind was already three steps ahead—plotting, calculating, ensuring no detail escaped him. The blueprint sat in a locked briefcase on his desk, untouched since he'd retrieved it from the safe.Every line on that paper held power. Power people had killed for. Power that could dismantle empires or birth new ones.A soft knock disrupted his thoughts. He turned, voice low. “Come in.”Matteo entered, freshly changed, though his knuckles were still stained red. “The chamber is secured. Both men are restrained. Specter’s injuries are worse, but they’ll live.”Adrian nodded once. “No one gets near them unless I authorize it.”“Understood.”Matteo hesitated. “And the court tomorrow—are you sure it’s wise to go yourself?”“I won’t trust this to anyone else,” Adrian said, his voice like steel. “Too much has been sacrificed for it. I need to see it through.”Ma

Silence. Not the peaceful kind that comes after a storm, but the haunting type, the one that settles over a place that has seen too much blood, too much loss. The kind of silence that screams.Adrian stood in the middle of the aftermath. His estate, his home was now a battlefield littered with corpses. Blood pooled around bodies, soaking into the soil, painting a gruesome picture of what had transpired only moments ago. He didn’t flinch. His eyes were steady, scanning the carnage with a sharpness that betrayed no emotion. He had seen worse. But he had never tolerated betrayal. His boots crunched over gravel and glass as he moved, his gaze settling on one of the only bodies that still drew breath. The figure was barely conscious, chest rising and falling in shallow, labored intervals. A black veil obscured the face.Adrian narrowed his eyes. There was something about this one.He crouched slowly, his movements controlled, almost calculated. He reached forward, fingers tightening aroun

Matteo blinked hard, blood draining from his face the moment Rosco stepped out from behind Alvarez. His breath hitched, and for the first time in a long while, the hardened warrior faltered.“No…” he whispered.Rosco smirked, eyes gleaming with venomous satisfaction. “Hello, Matteo. Still wagging your tail behind him, I see.”Matteo took a step forward instinctively, but Adrian raised a hand, his arm sweeping across Matteo’s chest to stop him. The motion was subtle but firm.Matteo’s chest heaved with betrayal, his eyes fixed on Rosco. “You were with us… you trained with us.”Rosco chuckled, slow and condescending, before turning to Adrian, the amusement on his face deepening.“But him?” Rosco nodded toward Adrian. “He trusted me. Gave me everything. Took me into his inner circle. Showed me where the real power lies.”Adrian arched a brow, his expression unreadable.“Power?” he echoed, voice cool and distant. “What power?”Rosco sneered, reaching behind him. With a flourish, he reveal

Nathan stood by the window, his arms crossed as he watched another group of Adrian’s men load ammunition into vehicles. He didn’t like the feeling in his gut.“What the hell is he planning?” he muttered, more to himself than anyone else.Isabella sat on the edge of the couch, scrolling through her phone in frustration. “Victoria still isn’t answering. I’ve called her five times.”Nathan’s brows furrowed. “She’s not the type to ignore calls but since it is yours she can definitely ignore you. Isabella tossed the phone beside her and stood. “Something is going on, Nathan. This silence… this secrecy, it’s not just about protecting the pack. Adrian is hiding something.”Nathan’s gaze flickered to her, unreadable. “Then maybe it’s better we stay out of it.”Isabella looked at him, stunned. “You’re just going to sit back and do nothing?”He shrugged slightly. “It’s not my fight. Adrian made that clear a long time ago. And honestly? I’m not about to throw myself into a war that has nothin

A large map was spread out before them, covered in markings and notes detailing every inch of the Ghosted’s operations.“The celebration will end soon,” Alvarez muttered, his fingers tracing a key location. “Their leader thinks he’s untouchable, but his arrogance will be his downfall.”The masked leader tilted his head slightly. “You want him dead, or do you have something else in mind?”Alvarez smirked. “Dead, but not yet. I want him to watch as everything he built crumbles first.”The leader nodded in understanding. “Then we’ll strike fast and without mercy. We have our entry points secured. The Ghosted will never see it coming.”Meanwhile, deep within Adrian’s pack territory, the Ghosted were moving ahead with their own plans, Their informants had pinpointed a potential weakness in the pack’s security—an underground passage leading to a hidden vault where the blueprint was rumored to be stored.Three elite members of the Ghosted, clad in dark tactical gear, crouched near the pass

The Cartel had been shattered, And yet, amid the wreckage, Alvarez still drew breath. His body ached, every nerve screaming in agony as he forced himself to move. He pressed a hand to his bleeding side, the warm, sticky sensation of his own blood soaking through his fingers. The pain was nothing compared to the fury burning in his chest. He had been played. The Ghosted, his supposed allies, had turned against him at the last moment, throwing the battlefield into complete chaos. But why? Who had ordered this betrayal? His fingers curled into fists as he staggered forward, his boots crunching against shattered glass and spent shell casings. He needed to find answers. He needed to find the one who had orchestrated this disaster.A low groan echoed from the rubble. Alvarez turned sharply, gun raised, but his aim wavered when he saw who it was—one of the masked assassins, barely alive, clutching a deep wound in his stomach. Blood seeped through his gloves as he struggled to breathe, his ma

The air vibrated with gunfire, screams, and the rhythmic thunder of boots pounding against the cracked asphalt. The war had begun.Mikhail, the ruthless leader of the Monadikos, stood atop the ruins of an old industrial complex, his sharp gaze cutting through the chaos unfolding below. His fingers clenched into a fist as he watched his men swarm the abandoned shipyard where the Cartel had foolishly stationed their latest shipment of illicit arms. The plan was simple, wipe them out, seize the weapons, and cripple their operations."Push forward! No mercy!" he bellowed, his voice slicing through the night. His men responded with a battle cry, surging ahead like a tidal wave of vengeance. Gunfire erupted from every angle. Sparks flew as bullets ricocheted off rusted shipping containers, and the metallic scent of gunpowder thickened in the air. The Cartel, caught off guard by the ferocity of the attack, scrambled to mount a defense.****Alvarez, the cold and calculating leader of the Car
