(Acacia)

Something happened to Elio while he was away, I wasn't sure what it was, but when he came back, he was a different person. His wolf was now in control, and they took turns having sex with me until I couldn't take it anymore. I enjoyed it, yes, no matter how many times I've told them to stop.

After they were done, Elio left without looking at me. I dragged myself to the bathroom and cried so hard while I was taking a shower. Mesha had already taken my pain away, She wanted to block my mind from remembering what had happened, but I told her no.

When I calmed down, I got out of the shower and changed my clothes, then made my way towards the bed to rest. Austin hasn't been back as yet, and it's been two days since he left.

I was now talking to Mesha, trying to figure out what we were going to do after this.

'I doubt that's wise. We can't wait on Austin forever. Let's just come up with different ways of leaving here. I'll…' I didn't get to finish talking when I heard a knock o

(Acacia) “Where should we go? You know that I can't go back home. Harold would just send me right back to them.” I said, trying to figure out what the hell I'm going to do now that I've escaped. I was also on the verge of panicking, but I had to try to tame it a bit. “There's this place that my grandparents owned in Minnesota that we could stay for a while, but Austin you need to head back so that your Alpha King doesn't suspect you,” Jeremy said, Austin nodded his head and sighed. “I already know that, I just want to make sure you two are safe first.” Austin's reply made Jeremy scoff. I sat there in silence, listening to the two of them bickering. Something strange was happening between them, I just couldn't place my finger on it.“I can defend myself, you know. I may not have a rank, but I'm not some wimp. Stop worrying too much. You helped me get my best friend back, and that's all that matters now.” I narrowed my eyes, wondering what the hell was going on between these two. The

(Elio)What are your views on someone changing from bad to good, just like that? For me? It was stupid. It wouldn't work, not unless you set your mind to be a better person. Everyone expected me to change right away. They expected Storm to be tamed and controlled, but I found that difficult to achieve. I made a promise to never change, to let others hate me even more. I wasn't a good person, but I never said I was. I found a lot of enjoyment in killing rogues, even though I don't take part in it. Sighing, I got up off my bed and made my way towards the bathroom so that I could take a shower. It's the next day now, and still no word from my warriors if they had located Acacia or not. I've sent most of them out to hunt, but it's hard when every trace of her scent has been erased. After I was done showering and brushing my teeth, I got dressed and made my way downstairs. I had plenty of things to do. If I'm going to keep up this act of changing, then I need to get certain things out of

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    Jealous feeling

(Acacia)(One Month Later)“I have to leave, but I'll be back soon.” Austin was talking to Jeremy, who was getting unhappy about his mate leaving. It's been a month now since my escape, and they have been taking care of me ever since. Leah and Dr. Andrew would visit me constantly, just to make sure that I was alright. I'm almost two months pregnant, and the symptoms are getting worse, now The cravings and the morning sickness seem to hit me at the same time. I've been experiencing morning sickness before, yes, but not like this. “I know that you'll be back, I just don't like it when you're away from me for so long,” Jeremy replied, breaking me out of my thoughts. I was lying down on the bed, watching them interact. It's good to see that Jeremy was happy with his mate. It makes me happy for him. “Tell you what, how about next time I visit, I take you somewhere private, uh? Just the two of us.” I could tell the meaning behind that, making me roll my eyes. I felt bad for being the rea

(Elio)“You've been missing a lot lately.” I said to Austin, who had just decided to grace me with his presence. He rolled his eyes and took a massive pull on his cigarette, which made me think that he was deprived of it.“Had to steer clear of you, tired of beating the crap out of you.” That had me laughing. We fought a lot, for sure. That's nothing new. I just had to learn how to tame my temper a bit. “I heard you're preparing for a war with Jessica, her pussy isn't working out for you anymore?” Austin asked, while putting out the cigarette. I scowled at him, not liking the way he had to bring that up. Jessica was just a distraction, given the fact that she was my girlfriend, I just couldn't deal with her anymore.“You already knew that I broke up with her, it's not my fault that she's obsessed with me and can't take rejection well.” I replied. I continued to watch my warriors training, getting ready for a war that I wasn't even sure was happening. But, I won't take it lightly. I h

(Elio)After another unsuccessful search for Acacia, I decided to give up for now. Austin was the one leading the search this time. At first, I thought that it was getting somewhere, but then it turned out to be a wild goose chase. Sighing, I made my way towards my room, wanting nothing more than to take a shower. Training yesterday was successful, I'm glad that they weren't slacking off and were serious about this.I wish that I could know whether Jessica were serious or not. That way, I don't have to waste my time on useless shit. I had a bigger problem to deal with, and that's finding Acacia. I was starting to believe that I was changing, becoming a good person. 'We all know that you aren't.' Storm said, I rolled my eyes, wishing that he would have kept quiet. Occasionally, the littlest of things about him irritates me. He's always taunting me, picking on me. Who would ever want a wolf like that?'Wow, your thoughts are so depressing.' I groaned and slammed the palm of my hand ag

(ELIO'S POV) 'Elio p-please help me. It hurts.' Storm whines as he started to pant heavily. Dr. Andrew is here, standing next to me while watching me with a smug expression on his face. He had a needle in his hand while preparing to use it on me. I don't even know why he was looking at me like that, I hadn't done anything to him. He took up a cotton and dabbed it with alcohol, then he grabbed my hand and rubbed it on my wrist. Not so gently, if I might add. “This will help with the pain.” Dr. Andrew said, right before injecting me. I cringed when I saw the needle piercing my skin. It's like I could feel what happened before, and I don't like it one bit. “If it were me, I would have allowed you to suffer. But, you're the Alpha king, and everyone is expecting you to recover. So, I'm going to help you whether I like it or not.” I breathed a sigh of relief as I felt the pain lessening. “I wish that it was wolfsbane.” Ok, that does it. “What have I done to you?” I asked, I know that

(Acacia)Waking up, I realized that I wasn't at Jeremy's grandparents' house anymore. I was at the very same pack that I ran from. I growled when I saw Dr. Andrew walked in, and he stopped when he heard it. This is the same room I had been given before, just goes to show that you can't trust anyone, no matter how close they are to you. “Why?” I asked, almost on the verge of crying. Dr. Andrew sighed and came to sit on the bed next to me. “I am not saying that you should forgive him. That's the furthest from this. I hate him so much that I wish that I wouldn't have been a part of this. But, there's a war coming up.” Ok, that part got me, so I decided to hear him out. “As you know, the Elders gave Alpha King Elio a timeframe to change or else they will strip him of his title, it doesn't seem to be working in their favor has he hadn't changed at all. But now, he's having withdrawals, and it's making him weak. The Elders had pushed the timeframe for another three months, but even so, w

(Elio) “What the fuck is going on?” I groaned after I regained consciousness. My head was throbbing. I tried to move, but then I realized that I was pinned by something, or rather someone. Then it suddenly hits me, she's here. Acacia is here, and she was sleeping next to me while holding me. A nervous chuckle escaped my parted lips as I tried to hide the fact that I was so fucking scared. Now that I knew that she's my mate, how the hell am I going to move on? I can't just beg her for forgiveness, knowing that I had done so many things to her. I shivered as guilt made its presence known, finally seeing just how fucked up I am. I have abused her, mistreated her, locked her up and fed her wolfsbane. But, here she is cuddled up to me with her arms around my waist. Damn, what did I do to ever deserve someone like her? She's naive, that's it. Easily trusting and forgiving. If it were me, I would have allowed that person to suffer. I would wish death on anyone who treated me the way I d

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    Epilogue

(Six months later)(Elio) After Alex's death, everyone had been emotional. Trying to pick up from where we left off was a hard task to complete. But we were determined to. We were grieving for the loss of our friend and beta. No matter what he did, he's just someone that no one could hate. As for Austin, he told me that he had been the one to help Acacia escape. After the war, he started to spill everything. I didn't hate him for doing it, though. It's something that needs to be done. Now, I realized just how fucked up I really am. Knowing that they had to go behind my back and help my mate ran from me, was the hardest part of this. So, I won't judge them for what they did. After all, I deserved it. Today, marks the day of the ceremony. We were doing it the right way, no matter my age. Storm had fought dad and won, obtaining a title that wasn't rightfully his since he didn't go through the ritual. But, we earned it. And that's one hell of an accomplishment if you asked me. Stan

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    The war

(Storm) I knew that something was wrong once I got back to the pack house. Hearing shouts coming from my warriors and men who had decided to stay and fight as well had me speeding up. I saw my father's wolf tackling a rogue before biting down on its neck. Knowing that he was alright to fight on his own, I threw the rogue that I was carrying and heard a resulting crack as it landed against a tree. I ran towards three rogues who came barreling towards me. I didn't wait for them to take me on, as I tackled them one by one. I was right before. This is my specialty. So, it didn't take long for me to kill them.I growled in frustration as more and more rogues came. I wonder how Jessica was able to get them to take part in the fight. Luckily for me, everyone was well-trained to take them on. I was busy gloating over the fact that we were well on our way to victory. But, I should have known that it wasn't going to be this easy. A rogue ran towards me when I wasn't concentrating, almost

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    Getting close to him

(Acacia) “Your wolf, he's back!” I exclaimed as I looked at Elio with wide eyes. He was also shocked, not expecting it to happen so soon.“I-I'm talking to him! Damn, he's really back, and it's all because of you.” Elio replied, I gave him a confused look, wondering what he was talking about. “It seems as if you accepted us, one touch from you, and he came back. Maybe that was all it needed after all.” I nodded my head happily. After a while, Elio went back to being serious. There was still a war that's about to take place. We couldn't just sit back and act as if everything were alright. “My father is already working on getting the women and children out of here. I want you to leave as well.” I was going to argue with him, but he gave me a pointed look which had me closing my mouth.“That's final Acacia. You are pregnant with my pup. You are an easy target, Jessica knew that I wanted an heir, it's the reason I purchased you in the first place.” When he said that, I could tell that

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    I'm back

(Acacia) I was slowly regaining consciousness when a hand was suddenly placed over my mouth, blocking any sound that I would make. I started to panic, knowing that this was probably it for me. But then, the person took their hand away and placed his index finger against his lips, telling me to be quiet. He then removed the mask from his face, and I noticed that it was Elton. I breathed a sigh of relief, thinking that he was here to save me. “I'm so sorry about this, I will get you out of here. But, you have to promise me you won't tell Alpha King Elio that I was the one who helped you, I knew all along that this was the work of Jessica.” He explained as he got to work untying the knots on my wrists. I groaned when they were free while gently massaging them. “How did you know?” I asked. He gestured to me to follow him quietly, which I did. “This was her mother's hideout. Before she passed away, Maryanne would sometimes take Jessica here.” I nodded my head as we made our way throug

  • Sold To The Cruel Alpha King    Unknown

(Unknown POV) I walked up to the person who told me to meet him at a specific location, and my heart hammered in my chest as I realized what I was about to do. I would rather not betray anyone, but it came to a point where I couldn't just sit back and do nothing. My pack was misplaced, without a proper alpha to guide them it sure as shit was heading in the wrong direction. That's something that I didn't want, so I was going to do everything in my power to make sure that didn't happen. “Were you followed?” The man asked, I shook my head at his question. Taking in his appearance, I cringed at the sight in front of me. He had a long scar on the right side of his face that seemed to be somewhat infected. A thick, yellowish substance was oozing out of the open area that missed a couple of stitches. “Good, anything that I should know?” I folded my arms, still unsure if I should do this or not. “He's still not getting better, I suggest the war should be called off for now.” The man laugh

(Elio) My heart hurts. In fact, everywhere on me was hurting as days passed without any signs of Acacia. Some of my warriors were out searching for her, as my time was drawing near. I knew that without her being by my side, it would be devastating. Storm still hasn't shown any signs of ever coming back, no matter how much I called for him. Dr. Andrew was trying his best to help me, but no number of medications that he gave me could amount to the loss that I felt. At first, I thought that I was a tough bastard who could endure anything thrown my way. Looking back at the way I acted before was laughable. I don't even know how everyone puts up with me when I was like that. Now, I am back to lying in the pack hospital bed. Suffering from the separation of my mate. My withdrawals came back in full force, making me wish that I was dead instead. I now saw this as a punishment, one that I had gladly accepted. “Elio, you have visitors.” Alex said, I groaned and grabbed the pillow while

(ELIO'S POV) A feeling of anxiety and discomfort overcame me out of nowhere, I gasped as I held on to the counter next to me, trying to stop myself from falling. Luckily for me, Alex was heading in my direction and saw me. He hurriedly made his way over and helped me to sit down. I started to calm down while trying to figure out what the hell was that about. Alex sighed while handing me an envelope. “This came for you.” I nodded my head and opened the letter, my eyes became wide as I started to read out loud. “An Alpha King's mate is their weakness, right? Now that you're separated, prepare yourself.” I jumped up suddenly and ran towards Acacia's room, hoping that she's there. Once I was there, I knocked on the door, but there was no answer. I continued to knock until Alex started to pull me away, but I managed to escape his hold and kicked the door down. I just wanted to make sure she's alright. After a moment of looking around, I noticed that Acacia really wasn't here. I groane
