35. Lousy Scenario

"I feel guilty, Agatha." Dianne had just recounted her conversation with Nicolas during lunch. Every time something happened, the girl would tell her best friend.

"It's only natural that you feel guilty for the CEO," Agatha replied, folding one leg over the soda while the other dangled down.

Dianne and Agatha were in Agatha's apartment. This was because Dianne was not in the mood to hang out outside or anywhere else right now. She needed a relaxing space where she could speak freely without having to lower her voice.

"I lied more and more deeply," Dianne concluded. "Nicolas asked me how we met for the first time, and I told him that we met in a bookstore for the first time and immediately got along as strangers."

"Ah, Dianne. That is a lame story." Agatha chuckled with laughter.

"Then later Nicolas asked me how we fell in love. I told him it was because he was too drunk and asked me to sleep with him that night." Dianne tapped her forehead remembering how lame she was, as if there was
