33. We Got Worse

Dianne arranged her hair carefully, making sure each strand was in its proper place. She wears her favorite blue dress, which makes her eyes look even brighter. Dianne is very happy to be able to spend time with Nicolas outside of the office. As personal assistants to busy CEO, they rarely have the chance to talk about things outside of work.

Dianne waited outside the company building, staring at the busy street in the hope that Nicolas would not be late. Just then, she saw a luxurious black car pass in front of her. It stopped right beside her, and the passenger door opened slowly.

Nicolas got out of the car with a big smile on his face. He looked handsome in his perfect suit. "Hello, Dianne!" he greeted her as he opened his arms to give her a warm hug. "Are you ready for lunch?"

Dianne smiled and nodded. They walked to a nearby restaurant, surrounded by busy urban life. Dianne talks about work and their budding scandal, but Nicolas wants to shift the conversation to lighter topics.
