“What do you mean, Wayne? I don't see any reason for me not to trust him. I watched him how to take care of my children, and he's been attached to them.” I answered as my eyes became like daggers throwing at him.

He swallowed hard like he didn't expect me to ask him why he thought that way. It seemed he felt so full of himself after he successfully pushed Alpha Gunner for me.

I still hoped Wayne would change so that he might see I was giving him a chance to turn back on me and give me his trust. I wouldn't punish him because I didn't see him talking with Gunner whenever he wasn't with me. I wasn't confrontation but I would remain skeptical.

“Alpha, the councils might plotted a nanny in this pack. I don't think it's a great choice to ask a nanny to take care of them. Aside from that, Kairo and Atticus are the future rules of our pack, I'm only concerned about their safety.” Wayne uttered but still, he lacked common sense.

“Wayne, if you think he's a bad guy then you better prove it.
