I did not dare to look up at Abel because of my guilt. Even though, he said that it wasn't my fault, I couldn't help but feel like it was mine. Before I arrived here, he used to get along with Andrei well, and they ruled the kingdom together.

Immediately I arrived there, they started to have thier differences. I should have never left in the first place if I had known that he was going to find me so easily. Or I should have gone further away from here.

"Don't think that Anya. You never wanted to be here in the first place. He was the one who brought you here and he had responsibilities as your mate that he did not fulfil. It's not your fault. Nothing that happened is your fault, so don't you ever take the blame for it " I said.
