Chapter One-Hundred and Five

I was so confused and scared at the same time. I went back to bed and tried to sleep even though I had flashbacks of what I had just seen.

When I woke up that morning, I hurriedly wore a jeans trouser and a white T-shirt after having my bath. I left the room and walked down the stairs, I had breakfast with Zoe's family.

"I heard someone was killed last night." Kyle said as he dipped his bread into his tea.

I stared at them, tempted to say a word but I just couldn't. I didn't want them to suspect me, I was going to keep quiet for now because I knew what it felt like to have a target on my back.. I had experienced it back in the palace and I wasn't ready to go through all that again.

"Yeah, they're looking for the murderer. They said it has to be a vampire bite but they're not sure because no vampire can come into the Academy." Zoe added.

Yeah, she was right? But if no vampire could come into the Academy, they could use someone's body and soul.

Oh no, if I was right, it only meant that
