IT'S another day of – not hope – misery.

I blamed myself for showing how lost I was towards Dimitri, now Alpha Denver will never let me see him.

Who knows what's going to happen between them? What if they end up having issues between them all because of me?

I slapped my forehead in frustration, sighing heavily. "You're such an asshole." I cursed.

I overheard chef Vivian making list of things that are needed to be bought, I saw this as an opportunity to grab

I'll follow the maids out, then sneak to the telephone shop to make a call to Dimitri.

But my hopes were shattered as Mrs Marie selected the maids to go. I was about to follow them but she dragged my collar, pulling me back.

"And where do you think you are going?"

"Nowhere. I just want to help them out with the foodstuffs."

"There are five of them that can do it."

My only hope of hearing his voice was gone. I thought of something else to do, but each suggestion I come up with ends up being one that would probably
