Honeymoon plans

Ricardo sat on the bed concentrating on the files before him, when in reality he was bothered by Alana. It was early in the morning and the woman woke up before him. She was busy humming to a tune while she fixed her hair.

“Umm…are you going somewhere?” He asked, pushing his laptop away. Alana, who heard him, nodded without even looking back. Ricardo frowned at her behavior. She was looking gorgeous in the red office dress.

“Where to?” He asked, this time Alana glanced back and tossed the hairbrush on the table.

“Work… I need to go and take care of my work…” she said and walked back to the bed. She picked up a document he dropped and placed it on the bed.

“I said I'd help out…you don't have to stress,” Ricardo muttered, not sure why she was going to work. He told her he'd take care of it.

“Ricky, you have your work…this is something I have to handle myself,” she chuckled while shaking her head and gesturing at his breakfast “Breakfast is getting cold” she proceeded to the closet.
