Selena's fingers traced the ragged edge of her torn dress, her breath catching in her throat. The tiny cell felt like it was closing in around her, suffocating her with memories she'd fought so hard to bury.

Jordan watched her, his bruised face a map of pain and anger. One eye swollen shut, the other drilling into her with an intensity that made her want to look away.

"Why?" he asked again. Just one word. But it carried the weight of years of secrets.

She laughed—a hollow, broken sound that bounced off the concrete walls. "Because I was afraid," she whispered.

"Afraid of what?" Jordan shifted, wincing as pain shot through his battered body.

Selena’s breath came in shallow gasps. She pressed her back against the cold wall, her nails digging into her palms. "I was afraid of the life Victor lived," she said softly. "The danger. The darkness. I wanted something different for my son."

Jordan snorted. "So you ran?"

Selena’s hands clenched into fists. "You don’t get it." Her voice was sharpe

Maria hadn’t stopped moving since they received the intel. The warehouse buzzed with tension, a storm of controlled chaos. • Sinful Desires   A Battlefield of Chaos

The night was alive with war. Gunfire cracked through the air, each shot was like a drumbeat in the chaos. The sharp scent of burning metal, gunpowder, and blood filled the wind, thick and suffocating. Smoke curled into the sky, rising from the compound’s walls like a warning of what was coming. Victor stood at the front, his cold eyes locked on Xavier’s fortress. There was no hesitation or fear in his eyes. Only one thing mattered—ending this war. His grip on his rifle tightened. This wasn’t just about revenge anymore. His son. Jordan. If he was still alive… Victor was getting him out. And Selena. His jaw clenched at the thought. If she was alive, he’d find her. But she wasn’t his priority. Not now. He forced the thought away, but it lingered, heavy in his chest. His men stood behind him, ready and tense trained killers, all waiting for his command. “Move in,” Victor ordered, his voice calm and controlled. His army surged forward, silent but deadly, their boots crunching agains

The world around them was nothing but flames, bullets, and blood. She and Gerald moved fast, dodging bodies, weaving through the wreckage of war. Their boots crunched over broken glass, twisted metal, and fallen men, foes and friends alike. Every step was a risk. Another explosion rocked the ground, sending up a spray of dirt and debris. Maria ducked instinctively, her heart hammering in her chest. Gerald’s voice cut through the chaos, steady despite the madness. “Snipers on the south ridge. Two on the upper balcony. Machine gun nest near the east tunnel.” Maria nodded, gripping her rifle tighter. “Got it.” She moved forward, low and quick, her breathing sharp but controlled. This was no time for fear. Then—Boom. A deafening explosion ripped through the alleyway. Maria barely had time to react before the force

Maria pressed her back against a burning wall, her breaths sharp and uneven. The explosion had knocked her off balance, the shockwave still rattling in her chest. Smoke stung her eyes, and the heat pressed against her skin, but she had no time to recover. Beside her, Gerald gritted his teeth, his face pale. Blood seeped through his sleeve, staining his grip on the gun, but his fingers didn’t waver. “They’re coming,” he coughed, spitting blood onto the dirt. Maria stole a glance around the corner. Shadows moved through the thick smoke, Xavier’s men, waiting for the right moment to strike. Her stomach tightened. “They’re setting up for an ambush,” she muttered. “We need to move.” Gerald gave a short nod, wincing. “You go first. I’ll cover.” She hesitated for half a second. He was hurt, but staying put meant death. Maria inhaled sharply. “On three.” He raised his gun, steady despite his injury. “One.” Maria adjusted her grip, muscles tensing. “Two.” The moment “three” left her

Thomas peered around another corner, then pulled back quickly. The hallway ahead was clear for now, but he could hear voices in the distance. His heart hammered against his ribs as he knelt in front of Miguel."Listen carefully," he whispered, placing his hands gently on the boy's shoulders. "Your father is coming for you, but we need to meet him halfway."Miguel's eyes were wide and trusting. "Where is he?""He's fighting his way up through the building," Thomas explained, keeping his voice steady despite the urgency building inside him. "Xavier's men are taking you to the roof for the helicopter. Your father knows this - he's heading there now."Miguel glanced nervously at the ceiling, as if he could see through the floors to the roof above."Are we going there too?" he asked.Thomas nodded. "That's the plan. But there are too many guards between us and the stairs." He pulled out his phone, showing Miguel a rough map of the building. "See this? We're here. And we need to get up ther

Miguel huddled in the corner of the dark closet, his small body trembling. The men had shoved him in here after rushing through the hallways. He wanted his mommy. He wanted to go home.Outside, he heard the men arguing."Santiago was supposed to meet us here," the first guard said. "We can't move the kid without backup.""Xavier wants him on that helicopter now!" the second guard snapped."You wanna walk through a firefight carrying a screaming kid? Be my guest."Heavy footsteps approached. Miguel held his breath."Where's Santiago?" a new voice asked.Miguel recognized it. Thomas. One of Uncle Xavier's men who sometimes brought him food. He wasn't as mean as the others."Don't know. He's not answering his radio," the first guard replied. "We're waiting for—"A sudden

  • Sinful Desires   Jordan!

Jordan stumbled out of the cell, his body screaming with every movement. His face was swollen, dried blood caking his eyebrow. But he was free. And he had a gun. A swollen eye also. Freedom didn't last long. Two guards rounded the corner, their eyes widening at the sight of him. "Hey!" one shouted, reaching for his weapon. Jordan didn't give him time. His body might be broken, but his instincts were sharp as ever. He lunged forward, ignoring the pain tearing through his ribs. "Surprise motherfucker!," he growled, smashing the butt of his gun into the first guard's face. The man's nose crunched under the impact. Blood sprayed across the wall. The second guard managed to pull his gun halfway out of its holster before Jordan tackled him. They crashed to the floor together, Jordan using his body weight to pin the larger man down. "Stay the fuck down!" Jordan hissed, struggling to keep control. The guard bucked underneath him, throwing Jordan off balance. A fist connecte

  • Sinful Desires   Xavier

Xavier's eyes darted between screens in the surveillance room. His empire was seriously crumbling around him, and Victor was at the center of it all. "Sir, we need to evacuate now," the man beside urged again for the fifth time. Xavier ignored him, transfixed by the image of Victor cutting through his defenses like they were nothing. The man moved with deadly precision, his face a mask of cold fury. Every shot found its mark. Every man who stood in his way fell. If he wasn't coming for his head, Xavier would've been amazed. "Sir! Please!" Xavier finally tore his eyes away from the screen. "Get the helicopter ready. Same with the boy." Across the mansion, Thomas pressed himself against a wall, listening intently to his radio. Victor's voice crackled through. "Where's my son?" Thomas glanced around the corner. Two guards were dragging Miguel toward the stairwell leading to the roof. "They're taking him to the helipad," Thomas whispered into the radio. "East stairwell. Hurry, Vic

  • Sinful Desires   Escape! Escape! Escape!

Jordan's body felt like it was on fire. Days of torture had left him weak, his vision blurry. But he wasn't done yet. Not by a long shot. He had been working on the rope binding his wrists for long, rubbing it against a sharp edge of the metal chair. When it finally snapped, he had almost cried out in relief. But he stayed quiet. Waiting and bidding his time. The guard outside his cell was getting more tense. Jordan could see it in the way the man kept checking his watch, the way he paced back and forth. Worried because from the gunshots sounds out, things seemed grim. "Hey," Jordan called out, his voice cracking. "I think... I think I'm dying. Please..." The guard peered through the small window in the door. "Shut up." "There's blood... everywhere," Jordan whispered, letting his head loll forward. "Xavier will kill you if I die before he's done with me." That got the guard's attention. The door creaked open, and a beam of light cut through the darkness. "What the hell are you

  • Sinful Desires   Tic Toc III

On the rooftop, Xavier stood near his helicopter, his sharp eyes scanning the compound below. The night sky was thick with smoke, gunfire echoing from the battle raging outside. Victor's men were pushing forward. It was only a matter of time before they broke through. He turned to his pilot. "Stay ready." "Yes, sir." The pilot's hands hovered over the controls, ready for instant takeoff. But Xavier wasn't leaving yet. The best games always had a final act. "Bring the boy," he ordered into his radio. Moments later, Miguel was dragged onto the helipad. His small wrists were cuffed, his face streaked with dirt, but his eyes blazed with anger despite his situation. Children were funny beings. "Can you hear it?" Xavier asked, gesturing to the sounds of battle below. "That's your father, fighting to reach you." He smiled coldly. "He won't make it in time." "I may not know my dad." Miguel said, his voice trembling slightly. "My mom would never marry a loser, miss lilly said so.

  • Sinful Desires   Tic Toc II

Selena sat on the cold floor, her back against the damp wall of her cell. Blood dried on her split lip, her wrists raw from the tight restraints they had finally removed. The guards hadn't spoken much, but she didn't need words to know what was coming. Xavier wasn't keeping her alive out of mercy. He had a plan. She exhaled slowly, forcing herself to focus. Panic wouldn't help. If there was a way out, she had to find it. Her fingers traced the rough wall behind her, searching for any loose stone, any weakness. There had to be something. "Think, Selena," she whispered to herself. "Think." Footsteps echoed down the hall. Heavy boots. Armed men. Selena quickly wiped the tears from her cheeks and straightened her back. She wouldn't let them see her broken. The door creaked open, and one of Xavier's men stepped inside. He smirked. "Still got fight in you?" Selena met his eyes, refusing to flinch. "You're wasting your time. Xavier already got what he wanted." The man chuckle

Xavier stood by the wide glass window of his office, watching the chaos below. Smoke curled into the night sky, the distant echoes of gunfire and explosions shaking the ground. Victor was tearing through his defenses faster than expected. But Xavier wasn't worried. Not yet. He turned away, adjusting the cuffs of his bloodstained shirt, and walked to the desk where a radio lay. He pressed a button, his voice calm. "Move the boy to the helipad. Now." A crackle of static. Then a voice replied, "Understood, boss." Xavier exhaled slowly, a smirk playing at his lips. If Victor wanted his son, he'd have to come to him. And when he did, Xavier would be waiting. The night was young. And the game was just beginning. "Sir?" One of his men appeared at the doorway, gun in hand, sweat dripping down his face. "Victor's men have breached the east wall. They're coming fast." Xavier didn't even blink. "Let them come." His fingers traced the edge of his desk. "They're playing exactly how

  • Sinful Desires   The Ghost Within

A while ago.....The compound was silent, but Thomas felt the weight of a thousand unseen eyes. He moved through the darkened halls, his footsteps light and his breaths steady. Outside, the cool night air carried the distant hum of guards on patrol, their voices low, unaware of the traitor in their midst. His fingers moved over the keyboard in the security room, lines of code flashing on the screen. He disabled key sniper nests, small changes in the system that would create crucial blind spots. Just enough to make a difference—but not enough to raise suspicion. A few seconds here, a flicker in the power grid there. A soft buzz filled his ear. The radio. He pressed it closer. “Sector three clear,” a guard reported. Thomas adjusted his stance, his voice calm. “Copy that. Keep eyes on the perimeter.” His own misdirections had already sent the guards away from where Victor’s men would soon make their move. The breach was coming, and he was paving the way. Then, an explosio
