Chapter 49: Enraged.

Lucas's POV

"Wait... Please wait." She pleaded, trying to draw to a halt but I wouldn't listen, I can not listen, she's hurt, she's bleeding and she's asking me to wait!

"Lucas!" She screeched and forced me to a halt, we were in an open space and I'm sure many eyes were staring at us but I just didn't care.

"What is it Red hair?" I asked, turning to look at her without letting go of her hand. There's no way I'm gonna let her go, she might probably run and I am not in the mood to chase her around the compound.

"Wait, let me explain everything to you." She said and her mouth bleed the more.

Who could have done this to her?

"Yeah, you have a lot of explaining to do but first, come, I'll treat your mouth," I muttered, trying hard not to snap.

I walked to my car, opened the front seat, and sat her in the passenger seat. She looked very lost and I could not ignore the fear in her eyes.

Going to the back door, I opened it and reached for the first aid kit before going back to her.
