63. A Familiar Figure

At the center of GreyHills City, where the traffic was high and the streetlights shone as the day, was an enormous Bar.

A sleek black car pulled over, and a man jumped out of the passenger seat and held the back door open.

“Mr. Harrison, I hope you won't turn down an invitation for a nightlong fun.”

“I came here for business.” Lucas looked displeased. “Where can I meet Mr. Herman.”

“Mr. Herman is in there. You see…” The man put on a hesitant look. “Mr. Herman manages this bar and is always around to keep a close watch on it. Don't worry, a private booth is specifically reserved for you. The good news is that it is soundproof and you won't be disturbed by the music coming from downstairs.”

Since the client didn't want any fun, the man quickly dropped the topic like a hot potato.

Lucas followed him into the bar, and Amanda followed behind, whispering, “Those properties are very good and will bring in a lot of cash. Mr. Harrison, we will gain more profit by investing in them.”
