“It would seem that you have a thing for attracting the protection of royals,” Caiaphas commented.
“What do you mean?” she frowned.
“Spunky, I’m the Prince of the Vampire Kingdom,” Zen informed her. Her eyes widened.
“You’re what?” she gasped.
“I’m the Prince! The Revolution was started by me against my parents. I was meant to have already taken up the crown, but I can’t stand for the things they want me to do as King, so I started The Revolution against them. We haven’t been around because we’ve been underground. The Revolution has grown in size, but my parents started killing anyone who joined us, so we had to go into hiding,” Zen explained.
“Wait, so you’re also a Prince?” Calypso asked. Zen nodded.
“That is so cool!” she whispered excitedly, making them laugh.
