Chapter 23 – You're a Liar

The door rang and Edan let go of the beast in his arms.

"That careerist!" How did you allow me to talk to me like that, Edan?! I don't tolerate it; I don't tolerate it! Vivian continued to shout, red with rage and disheveled.
