Damien Laskaris sighed before he took a deep breath as he looked at the stage where he would be giving some comics later that night. The alarm was beeping as Damien was groaning around in his bed. It has taken him some time to fall asleep after his gig last night and the possibility of Zack’s reaction to Sam. Anika was looking around the café as it had an ambiance to it. She loved it and hopes for the next few days she will be spending some time here on her own. Anika’s eyes bulged at the size of the meal. After patrolling the area with a douchebag of a Gamma, Arthur let Damien to be away from his duty. He was still in his wolf form as he was stalking around the forest that was near the inn where Anika was staying. His wolf was happy to be near his mate and right now, Damien was looking at the bright room that he knew it was Anika’s.‘Where is she?’ his wolf asked Damien as he was looking around. After they had spent some time at the café and making sure that Sam was okay, Anika and Damien left the café to go explore one of the local museums that Damien recommended for Anika. She agreed for she wanted Damien to show her his backyard.“So, you have been here your whole life? Is that correct?” she asked him as they were walking toward the museum as he nodded.“That is right. My father and mother were from Paphos and they gave birth to me here. I was born and raised in Paphos,” he said as they were looking at the children that were running around in the playground. Anika smiled as she tucked her hair behind her ears.“And where are your parents now?” she asked absent-mindedly before she noticed that Damien had stopped. She turned to look at him and there was sorrow in his eyes. She knew that she had made a mistake by asking that personal question.“I am so sorry. I didn’t mean to…I’m sorry. I should have just shut up and don’t say anything,”
