Episode 6.
Few days passed and the distance kept between Emma from Julian was a void. He often times tried to meet and explain things to her but none of it mattered to her, all she seemed to think of at his sight was his monstrous transition and savagery attempt on her life. At a point, Julian showed up at her residence and was so not welcomed by Daniel and even Abel. Especially Daniel, he was so unkind and threatened to attack him if he stayed a bit longer. One evening, just as many days as Emma drive through the forest, this time she was suddenly hit from beside by an angry rhino. She lost control of the moving car, and the tires from the side where it was hit barely touched the ground as it lifted to fall over. Just as she gave up all hope, there was her 'knight in shiny armor' Julian. He from the other side supported the car from falling over and the force and weight which it lifted with, pushed and forced him back till he supported his leg on a tree, and it finally stopped and back to the ground as normal. However the call door was jammed so he ripped open the door and helped her out. She only had exposed dizziness but felt nothing other than that. Suddenly, they spotted the rhino across the road and it instantly ran, and Julian could see a wound beside it's rib, possibly inflicted by sharp claws, just the same as he cut the panther on the night of full moon. "Were you following me?" Emma instantly asked unpleasantly. "You're welcome by the way," he turned and replied. "Oh spare me that, I should thank you for trying to eat me the other night?" "I wasn't trying to eat you, I don't eat people." "Right, kill me then," she said and gave him her back. "For the past few days I've been trying to explain this to bu. . ." "I don't wanna know," she vigorously turned. "All I want is for you to fucking stay away from me, for good!" He stared at her for a while then said, "Right, just watch out, Emma," he headed for the forest. She however made to get in her car but the condition of it was critical and awful, not to talk of what just happened and her isolation in the middle of the forest. Thus, she hastily turned and desperately looked around for Julian but she saw him nowhere. "Julian!" She called out of fear. "I didn't go anywhere," he said moving from the cover of a tree. "You're one stubborn monster.. I thought I told you to stay away?" she exclaimed taking a relief. "Don't you have anything to say?" he asked. "Take me with you, please." He further perched her on his back and made for the forest. "Promise not to eat me?" she said. "Hang on tight," he said made high leap from the surface and almost at helm of the trees, and further he kept on to it, making an impression and fun out of it. On the roof top of Castles building Julian and Emma rested, after the forest swing. "You said you had an explanation for me," she raised. "Now will be cool." "Thought you didn't wanna know," he said staring at her in the face as she sat beside him, firmly holding his arm from fear of falling. "Well, I did some few research after that night I think I know what you are, a werewolf. But how, were you born this way?" He heaved a sigh and stood up, removing his arms from her grasp, nevertheless, she didn't fought to keep it but let go as well, probably less conscious of her earlier fear. "I wasn't born like this, nor William," he said. "Our parents were Castle and Magdalene." "Wait a minute," she rouse anxiously. "You mean the founder of Shade was your father?" "Exactly," he replied softly. "Wait, that means you don't age, not a bit?" He shook his head. "A werewolf, prey to full moon," she lamented solo. "But how come your brother William wasn't in transition that night?" "He's a vampire, we both are immortals." A brief silence stroke between them as she strangely stared at him with fallen lips. "V-vampire? They exist?" She asked. "Yeah," he smiled. "No wonder your brother's body is usually cold and I hardly see him," she wondered about. "The sunlight keeps him indoors," she suddenly quit moving. "But the movies, werewolves and vampires are usually enemies, and how comes you two are so cool together? Brothers even." "The year was 1767, September actually," He began. "William had gone for hunting since morning and by nightfall he wasn't yet back. And I sought out to look for him, I knew where sometimes he stayed before returning back home, but never stayed overnight. I went deep into the forest, yet couldn't find him, not even where he usually stayed at. I gave up hope and headed back to the village, from distance, I heard cries and screams of people randomly, so I ran, rushed back on to see people running around aimlessly, crying out for a monster. Before I could noticed, I was forcefully pulled into the forest, and there was this monster on me, I quickly stabbed it with my knife but it instead went for my neck. And then it was off me, my mom with her magic had rescued me. Out of all the attacked, I only survived but I was long in sleep, when I woke my brother had already returned. But William was never the same, for our mother was working tirelessly on him than I, he too was made while on hunt, but no one knew how, he never spoke of it. Our mother knew what we had become, and kept William indoors working on several spells to help him, until the next full moon, I turned and killed people before my mother could get to me and restrain me with her magic. And the people saw, the villagers accused her of witchcraft and turning us into monsters. All these were on while our father was away, and the very night he returned, he and our mother were murdered in the village square, but I and William escaped." A tear dropped down his cheek and Emma reached and wiped it off with her thumb. "I'm sorry," she consoled. "But history says your parents both died of an epidemic disease that stroke the village in the same year, 1767." "That's bullshit!" he moved away from her. "They were stoned to death, a few days after we returned at night to see their graves outside the village. Our mother was a strong white witch, she would've just destroyed them all with just the wave of her hand or brightness, but she didn't, nor did our father fought back, they let them." His words were filled with bitterness and his rage was obviously rising and she could see it in his eyes, so she held his hand and made him sit, deeply consoling him. "So was there any interesting thing about your childhood I should know?" She required. He stared at her and scoffed. "Our mother was a white witch, and so was I, not entirely but I had just a gift" he said. "Wow!" She marvelled happily. "William?" "It's randomly inherited, especially by the female children, but miraculously I did a bir, but not William. It's normal. Even when I became a werewolf, my ability of spotting a supernatural when I touch the person remained." "That's crazy," she chuckled. "So am I?" He gave her that look that gave her all hopes that he was going to reply positive, so she kept staring at him curiously, patiently waiting. "No, you're not," he said after a while of silence. The look on her face revealed disappointment, because being a supernatural was what at that moment she hungered for, especially after her immediate knowledge of supernaturals. "So, how strong are you?" She diverted, to steer away the possible notice of her dejection. "Strong, but not up to an alpha." "Alpha, what are you then?" "Omega, alphas are the strongest, and they glow blue eyes, faster, stronger, sensitive." "How is an alpha made and Omega?" "When you're bitten by an alpha on the night of first full moon of the year and you survive, then you become an alpha. But it's rare and difficult, because werewolves are more powerful on first full moon and people hardly survive their attack, plus the power the first moon has. Omegas can be made anytime, even on subsequent full moons." "Wow!" She exclaimed. "And you were attacked on subsequent full moon?" "No," he replied and faced her. "I was made under a blood moon, and that made me an omega, but better than omegas." "Wait, you mean you're stronger than an omega but not up to an alpha, like in-between?" He nodded. "Wow! What a scintillating moment you two are having," William commended, just joining them up the roof. "William," she greeted. "Emma," he responded and walked to her. "You served nothing to our guest," he turned to Julian. "How rude of you, brother," back to Emma. "Would you want wine, Emma?" "No thanks," she expressed disgust. "Your turn then, what do you have for me?" She rouse up, facing him in challenge and replied, "That sounds like a threat to my neck and what runs through it. Breaking news, I'm not afraid of you, I'll stab you with my pencil, in the freaking heart." "Is that so?" He immediately snarled at her with his fangs and bloody red glowing eyes and she screamed and tripped from the roof down. And of course, in he, William's arms she still landed in. Julian also joined them down and she quickly dashed to him in trepidation. "That was fast, how?" She asked. "One of the privilege of being my kind," William said widely grinning. "Time to go home Emma," Jillian said and swept her off her feet to his arms. "Affirmative, time to go indeed."isode 7 The morning came, and Emma after her random activities set to head out for school. At the brink of the door Daniel called walking on to her. "Last evening, where were you at? I called Audrey but she had no idea and your phone wasn't connecting." "I, I was with Julian," she replied softly. "What!?" He yelled. "What were you thinking?" "He saved my life before then, okay? This angry rhino attacked my car from nowhere, probably was crossing the road." "There are no wild animals around the nearby forests, they're all reserved away." "Does it mean I'm lying?" She asked unpleasantly. "No," he said gentle. "I'm just confused how it ended up there, and even the panther in the forest that night." "About that night," she raised. "We never spoke much of your part in it. What were you doing there at that time with a crossbow?" "Uhm. . . I-I," he stammered. "H-hunting."
isode 8UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, 1801: "Julian!" William called running down to him, in the forest. "W-what did you do?"Julian's lips quivered, his eyes moistened with tears and shallow red, his forehead covered in stripe veins. On his knees he was, and in his arms he held a young maiden soak in blood. Himself likewise, mostly looking like he just bath in a pool of blood. "Lucy. . ." William sighed, weakly staggering forward to Julian. "I'm so sorry Lucy," Julian muttered in emotional pain. "You loved her, why?" William asked leaning reluctantly to a tree. "I didn't do this on purpose. Last night was full moon, not just any full moon bu. . ." "Bloody hell!" William yelled. "Yes, fucking blood moon of course," he took a step forward. "I'm just coming from the village." Julian bowed his head shamefully as right before he deemed where his brother was heading to, his next words and in
Episode 9 Late in the night, on the peak of one of the most tallest buildings in Shade, Julian and Emma sat. The soft air of the sky whizzed brushing their skin which in fact made it colder, as such he had to wrap her in with his own jacket in addition to hers. Wheres, he didn't much of needed it, he was however as stable as a building. They spoke of different things, random conversation but then, just when it was almost time head back, she brought another. "We never really got talk about that night," her eyes stuck at him. "What night?" "That we first met," she chuckled softly. "Well, not like an official one but, you at least met me, but I was so off to return the gesture." "Wow! Honestly, I don't have anything to say." She folded her legs back up to the front, facing him. "Tell me anything, about the night. How you pulled me out, even how you knew I was in danger."&nb
Episode 10.EMMA'S RESIDENCE: "So. . . You and Julian, have you two had. . ." Lucy suspended sitting on Emma's bed. "Had what?" Emma stopped her current occupation and curiously asked. "Had sex, have you?" "No. . ." She grimaced. "We ain't like that together yet." "What, 'like that' what do you mean?" She dropped the cloth in her hand and joined Lucy on the bed. "We just kissed ones, and we really haven't even talked about it since. He hasn't even asked me out yet." "Does he?" "I don't get it," she exercised confusion. "I mean will he? Do you think he will?" "It doesn't matter, all I know is he loves me," she placed a hand on her chest looking aimlessly up. "I see it when I look in his eyes, he's got my back. So caring and protective." "Protective, from what actually?" She hastily asked.&nbs
Episode 11.SOMEWHERE IN THE TOWN: Random screams and yelps echoed throughout the building. People running up and down without definite direction, the lights were off making it even more horrific. Soon, not just the loud screams but all noise went mute, not a single sound made. And from the darkness heard footsteps encroaching and then suddenly stopped. "Please, don't kill me," a voice in the room spoke as the footsteps stopped right in front of it. From the sound of it, it trembled as the speaker was was overwhelmed with fear. The lights came back on and there was William, showered in and standing with blood dripping from underneath his chin, hands not the less. And he used his palm and stroke his hair to the back as he walked more closer to the last man standing. "I'll ask you this just once," William raised without a sense of humor. "Where is my brother?" "I-I don't know," he stuttered. "I swear."&
Episode 12.FOREST, SHADE AND HILLTOP BORDER: "Keep moving Rex, keep pushing forward," Alisa urged as she supported his wounded companion. "We are already in Shade, we need to get out of sight." "Leave me. Save yourself Alisa, save yourself." "We're in this together, to the end." Together they kept shuffling on and further, and after a while they rested under a tree with her changing his bandages as they were all soaked in blood. "Alisa!" Rex hyped alarmingly. "Stay still," she held him back. "No," he protested breathlessly. "I can hear them, they're catching up," he then held her arm. "Look, you gotta go, I'm a dead man already, but you, you have to get the pearl to him and complete the mission." "Nobody is going nowhere," an angry man showed up before them. He was softly growling and his eyes glowed blue. He was a werewolf, an alpha and more came behind him, omegas.&nbs
isode 13. Few days passed since the last full blood moon, and Julian remained at sleep since he was recovered the morning after the horrific night. Alisa however stayed under the Castle's roof having William as the an interesting company. That afternoon, William along Alisa returned from a walk and the welcome gesture was pleasing, Julian was up, as a matter of fact dressing up. "Welcome back brother," William gestured, widely smiling. "William, thanks," Julian appreciated as he just finished tying up his shoe lace. "Who's this?" He asked referring to Alisa. "Alisa, daughter of Agnes," William replied. "Agnes, remember her?" "Of course, her mother, your paramour." Now that was awkward, William got awkward, especially with Alisa's presence there. "It wasn't just that," William to Alisa. "We were strictly professional." "I know all that,
pisode 14.EMMA'S RESIDENCE: The neighborhood was silent, the streets cleared of people, probably gone to work. But the few remaining were indoors as the sun was so harsh and burning. In the house, Daniel walked out from his room only to find three agile men dressed abnormal from the usual, social way. They had hard gloves on, boots and two had hats on. Immediately, he reached his hand slowly to the back of his waist. "Nah, nah," one of them waggled a finger at him in disapproval. "I wouldn't." "Jake," Daniel withdrew both his hand and intention, then calmly walked to them. "It's been a long time Daniel," Jake, the possible leader said smiling. "And I expect it to be longer," Daniel said. "Ain't you gonna offer us a seat? We're friends, remember?" "Partners, we are nothing like friends," Daniel said facing him directly. "And who are these guys?" He asked referring t
Episode 33 (Finale) Emma opened her eyes slowly, rising from the leveled hay she discovered it as well was a garden of flowers. It was colorful, beautiful and peaceful like a summer's morning. Soft breeze blew around. She took a tour around unaware of what it could be she was looking for, but the peace and calming nature of the environment bribed her curiosity and anxiousness of being with her friends. "Emma. . ." A voice called from behind and she hastily turned. She looked bemused at the instant discovery of her caller, and she stuttered softly, "M-mom. . . Wha-what, what's happening?" She smiled and drew closer to Emma grinning lively. Stopping before her she reached slowly and touched Emma's cheek, then said, "The world out there hasn't been fair to you my baby." "How are you here? You're. . ." "Dead, yes," she cut her short. "But not here. It's pea
Episode 32(Semi finale) William's body was then placed on a table with his love ones surrounding him, but for Alisa sat and leaned against the wall with dried lines of tears. Most of them their eyes were sore from the durable weeping. Julian's forehead was placed on William's chest, while Willow never gave up gently stroking his hair backward. Suddenly, William gasped breathing heavily and they all splattered away terrifically. "Holy shit!" Emma exclaimed. "What happened?" William asked catching his breath. "Y-you fucking died, okay?" Julian replied still keeping away with the others. They all had this doubtful look on their faces and reactions concerning him. Because there was no way possible he could've resurrected just like that. What even made it more puzzling was the wound in his chest healed back, so Alisa turned and stared at his plucked out hear
Episode 31CASTLE'S RESIDENCE: The party after the brutal display didn't last any further, the guests all left while some of the vampires hung around outside the house. Although Michael's body was claimed by the witches and taken as such. The werewolves however were displeased by this scene, and with the crucial involvance of the away vampires under William's lead. The house had maintained silence since the exit of the guests, and at the moment William sat in the mini parlor upstairs drinking. Suddenly, Julian rushed up to him and slapped the glass off his grip to the wall, then jacked him by the shirt up. "Are you insane? What was that for!?" He yelled angrily. "Let go off me," William hit his hand off his shirt. "I did what you should've done long ago. Being human again makes you weak!" "For what, huh? Tell me. He was no threat to this family. Yes he plotted
Episode 30.CASTLE'S RESIDENCE: After the tense suspense look on their faces, Julian rushed to Michael and held him back against the wall violently. "What did you say?" He asked looking restless and overwhelmed. "William can be brought back," Michael replied nervously. Once again their faces dived back into surprise and curiosity, like it was the first time said. "Let him go Julian," Willow instructed. Julian heed to it taking his hands off him. "Now start talking while you still breath," she said strictly. Michael redressed his squeezed shirt and walked away from Julian's blockage to the open and faced towards Willow, then began, "When you walked into that voodoo shop in town and explained about the war, I was there just that you didn't notice. When you made mention of how William died, t
Episode 29.SHADE PARADISE, NIGHT: Sitting by the counter ordering another drink, and Willow without asking would give him his exact choice. Possibly, not days behind though, but he'd being there just for that night long enough to be comprehended by her. And he would smile after each serve, specifically at her. "You've seen him before?" Jane asked standing with Willow away from the touch of the counter. "No, this is my first. You know him?" She replied, as usual had to be high to pass their messages effectively. "Not really, my first too. I think he likes you," Jane revealed smiling happily. "M.I, mission impossible, he can't handle me." "Whoa! How's that? In bed?" Willow led the laughter and Jane joined and they exercised in it for a short while. That was somehow a clever way of dodging a direct question, wh
Episode 28. "When it comes to top speed, we both know vampires are more faster," Willow said walking around Julian holding his axe. "I know we've practiced this part, but you should know mastering it is the essence. So always remember, it's not how fast you move your limbs that gets you a vampire easily, it's how fast you think. You use your mind first, then your body responds and acts on it. When facing a vampire, especially an armed human, they won't attack in the front because you got it covered. They get lost out of sight then attack where you're exactly not looking. So you gotta learn how to hear beyond the whispers of the wind, you wait patiently and listen to the breaking of the wind when they roam around. Therefore you get their location and side of attack then quickly swing your weapon at the direction. Your mind helps make that possible, but also remember, avoid close contact with them or they shall have your heart at the other end. Like this!"
Episode 27. Early in the morning during the time crows of cocks are randomly heard, Willow returned from work after sleep over. Heading to Julian's room she removed and held her heels by the hand. She called out to him while walking to his room, reaching there he was dangling slowly in his dummy chair, snoring so loud. She dropped her heels and slowly ambled to him. He slept with with a bottle and the photograph in his arms, in passionate embrace. She first took the bottle away and kept among the many empties scattered beside on the floor. For the photograph she had to lift his arm up before taking it, for he cuddled it a bit stiff to himself. Observing the images she slowly bent and sat on the bed. After a while she softly chuckled at it, hence her face maintained the smile. As permanency is just an illusion, so did her smile faded drastically as sore memories got mixed along. To safe herself more sorrow, she kept on the bed face down and proceed
Episode 26.SHADE TOWN: Sounds of engines starting, some running and some dying simultaneously, irons clanking on another, whirring of machines and several noises made as the factory was in a whirlwind of random activities. And at the back of the factory where the woods took formation continuously, there was sound of raw and rough wood chopping. By the sound of it an axe did the job. "Hey, Axeman!" A voice came from a window in the factory, reaching out to the wood cutter. He raised another strike but paused as he was called one more time. He lowered his axe and used his arm to wipe the sweat from his eyes and forehead. "Castle!" The voice called again, this time angrier and louder. "Get your ass up here, right now!" Turning sharply, his face was barely revealed from the full beards, and he had a baseball cap on. "One more strike, Boss!" He notified and
Episode 25PILLARS CITY HIGH SCHOOL, PROM NIGHT: "It's awkward bringing me here, I still I'm not prepared to be among crowd of young people," Naomi complained just as her feet touched the ground after Jeremy opened the car door for her. "Don't worry, you'll love it," he urged gently taking her hand. "Won't I appear different?" "No, perhaps, you look exquisite Naomi," he complimented offering an open arm. "Shall we?" He requested. "My pleasure," she smiled swiftly slotting her right hand in-between his curved arm. Her dress was exquisite, milk colored above knees flare gown, brown boots as she couldn't manage heels, and her hair was arranged by the side to the front, which a single lock fell loose to the forehead. Jeremy nevertheless wore a well fitted white tuxedo, backed up with black pant and black shoes, with a black bow tie to balan
