"Okay, okay." I took a few easing deep breaths to help calm my racing heart.

I looked at the little clock that was resting on the dresser. six-forty six. Just looking at the clock added a little pressure to my nerves.

I walked over to the window and looked out. A swirl of orange and yellow danced across the sky, creating a spectacular sight to see. I looked down. I watched as cars pulled up. Guest, finely dressed, emerged from the cars and limos and entered the front door of the large mansion-like home.

So much for keeping calm.

My skin crawled when I heard someone bang on the bedroom door. I hoped and prayed it was a friendly face to help ease my stress. I walked over to the door and opened it.

"Oh my god!" A tall slender woman stood in the hall way, her eyes wide as if she was in shock.

"What?"

"Darling." Her light french accent filled the room. "What are you wearing?"

"Excuse me?"

She looked down at her watch and then looked back up at me.
