The construction crew was a mixture of Bear Shifters and Druids. She’d seen nothing like this. The Druids manipulated the land in wild ways. They thawed the land and moved vegetation at will. The strength of the Bear Shifters made fast work of moving things into place. But who would have thought a Druid could control the very water in the concrete? Oh, it wasn’t instant.
