The other woman

So, it turned out the woman hugging my husband was named Teresa. Beautiful and crying hysterically. And the funniest part was that she was my husband's ex-girlfriend.

“What the hell are you doing here!” I heard David say angrily in the hallway leading upstairs. Immediately after the charade happened, David was furious, I'd never seen him so angry before as he pried the woman off him and dragged her outside. I remained standing in the hallway waiting for him to return, and what I heard had me shocked.

“I'm… I'm sorry, Dave…for everything… I lost everything I had…that jerk only used me…he didn't love me like you did” I heard the lady say accompanied by sobs.

“Ouch” I mouthed upon hearing her bag my husband. Supposedly, I had a funny urge to drop everything I was holding and storm outside and show that hussy who I was, but I had to be calm and not cause a scene and waited for my dear Dave to explain to me what was going on.
