“Are you ready to go?” Deagan asked Aria when he stepped into the kitchen, her eyebrows furrowed at his question.

“Where are you going?” She enquired.

“I’m taking you to your appointment, where else?” He smiled funnily.

“O-okay.” She was hesitant, but couldn’t find a reason for him not to take her there.

“Have you had breakfast?” She nodded an affirmative and allowed him to usher her out of the house.
