Leo and Alana looked at the two women in front of them, alternatingly, as if by some unseen signal, both came to visit Alana at the same time. Suddenly, Miranda immediately handed over the bouquet of flowers she had been carrying.

"Coincidentally, on the way here, I stopped by the flower shop, so I bought them for you," Miranda said, making Alana furrow her brows as it was unlike Miranda's usual self when she lived in this house. However, Alana accepted the flowers from Miranda nonetheless.

"Thank you," Alana said.

Then it was Rose's turn. "Auntie cooked your favorite food. I'm sorry I couldn't accompany you to the hospital because I had to finish some errands beforehand. So, I feel guilty and came to visit you now," Rose said, making Miranda purse her lips.

"It's okay, I know you're a busy person," she chuckled, glancing at Leo, who maintained his usual poker face, causing Alana to pinch his thigh, making Leo grimace.
