Shannon played along and brought out the card machine. She chuckled and said to Jennifer and the middle-aged woman, "Ladies, you don't look like you've brought a lot of cash. It's alright, we have a card machine here."

"You're being unreasonable. I don't have any money and won't be paying for them. I don't want these things anymore!" the middle-aged woman shouted and threw the bags in her hand on the ground. She also kicked the bags as well. One of the bottles of alcohol shattered.

Laura wasn't annoyed at all. "It's alright if you don't pay. Since you mugged the things from my store, the police are already here. I'll have to ask them to take you away to bring justice."

"Don't worry, Ma'am. We will definitely treat everyone equally. We won't let any victim suffer."

The police officer at the front nodded at the officers behind him. The officers got their order and walked towards Jennifer and the middle-aged woman.

"Ladies, please follow us."

"What are you doing? What do you want?"
