"What's on your mind, Amelia?" asked Nancy when she saw Amelia looking out the window in a daze.

Amelia came back to her senses and a meaningful smile appeared on her face. "Nothing. Just some random stuff. By the way, I've heard that Laura is also in this hospital as well."

"Has Laura been run over as well? Was it serious?" Nancy asked desperately.

As far as she could remember, Laura had been standing in front of the coach as well. It would be great if she was run over as well.

Amelia shook her head. "Chris pulled her out of the way, so she wasn't seriously injured."
