Chapter 395 Sir Wayne in Trouble

The water soaked Laura's dry lips and she felt that her throat was no longer sore.

After she took the tablets that Chris fed her, she lay back on the bed, but she still had a fever.

This caused Laura to feel a little helpless.

"Get some rest." Chris tucked Laura in and touched her forehead again to check her fever.

Laura nodded, closed her e and went to sleep.

Chris reached out and pulled her into his eyes. During the whole night, he had been checking on Laura's condition, so he rarely slept.

Laura's condition only improved a little in the following morning.

Chris opened his eyes almost the same time as Laura opened hers.

"How are you feeling?"

Laura raised her head and looked at Chris. She could see the faint dark circles around his eyes.

"I'm feeling much better now. Did I cause you to lose sleep?"
