"Sister, it's normal for your son and your daughter-in-law to come to visit in the hospital. How can you say that you don't want anyone to come to visit you? I don't think you're doing the right thing here. Take a look at this. I've brought this especially from home. There are potatoes, carrots, and garlic. They're freshly picked and grown by ourselves. They're really fresh!"
