Chapter forty-two

The night stretches out more quickly than I could ever imagine.

I stirred around the bed and noticed a manly figure holding me by the waist.

I turned around and it was Allen, I looked down and we were still in our clothes.

So nothing happened…… I sighed and gazed at him.

It is time, Allen, I let out a sad smile as I traced my hands slowly on his face.

He groaned pleasantly and pulled me closer.

I sighed and looked out the window, I know that Jade will be waiting for me now.

We agreed to meet at our usual spot so that he could lead me to his mini-house in the woods instead of wandering around alone out there.

I rested my eyes back on Allen when staring at his sleeping face which looked so innocent.

I watched at his parted lips as he let out a tender and quiet snore.

"I don't know if we could meet again, Allen, but one thing that I know is that I could never tell my journey in this life without your name on it," I said in my mind when looking at him.
