He could smell her distinctive scent and it was driving his instincts wild within this enclosed space. But she wouldn’t even look at him. Now they sat there as the vehicle moved toward her domain. Thomas couldn’t help but feel like he was in this situation from the aspect of a weakened position. Her silence only made him question his decision to try this method of fixing things.
