“Why have you been ignoring me, Kels? Are you angry with me?”

Cooper grabbed Kelsey’s hand and asked emotionally.

Kelsey shook off his grip and kept a distance from him.

“What do you think?”

She threw the question back at him.

Kelsey thought to herself, ‘I ignore you because I want to. You’re not worth any of my emotions.’

She wanted Cooper dead.

Cooper’s eyes bore a hint of sinister. “I know that I put you in a difficult position. If it wasn’t for me, you wouldn’t have to beg Tyler and sleep with him.”

Kelsey smirked.

Sure enough, nothing she said could get through to the guy.
