Chapter 34: Divorce Paper

Leah’s POV

I told Tristan that my grandfather had grey eyes and this thing must have skipped a generation. He bought it completely. I managed to dodge the bullet.

But this lie could be exposed any second.

If anyone performed a paternity test, or simply did a blood type test on Roman, they would easily find out that Tristan was not the father.

Then I’d never be Luna. Roman would never be the heir. And we would be the laughingstock of the whole world.

“Mom, everything’s going to be fine, right?” Roman shook my hand, asking.

“Yes. Nothing’ll go wrong.” I reassured him.

Because I would fucking destroy anyone who dared to stand in my way.

I tugged Roman in and then summoned maids, asking them to clean the mess that Tristan created. His words echoed in my head: "You're nothing compared to her."

Nothing… I laughed icily. The fuck nothing!

At least I was now just one step away from being Luna. And that bitch was a pathetic divorcee that no man wanted to be near with.
