Mark purred when Kate told us her wolf's name and she laughed in response to his reaction.

"Now, I want you to feel yourself becoming one with your wolf. I want you to imagine the change, the transition as you shift from one form to the other." 

As we watched her lean forward as her body started to stretch and change. Her face contorted in pain as she shifted, the pain she felt now was not as painful as when she first shifted but until she became used to shifting, the bending, twisting, and stretching of her bones and muscles would be painful.
