Gypsy

I had sworn Bobby to secrecy, but it still played on my mind. What would I do if he went blabbing to Fang or the other Sons? It was pretty clear that he thought I was crazy.

After all, how many girls claimed they were legitimately being stalked by a dead ex?

Just me, although there might have been a few locked up in a loony bin.

Which was no doubt where he thought I belonged.

And to make matters worse, none of my staff turned up. It was like one thing after another.

“This all seems a little strange.” Bobby sidled up to my side, wiping down already clean glasses. There wasn't much else to do.

The place was empty. Which was lucky seeing as I had no staff in.

I let my eyes flicker around the room. Usually there were plenty of people in. In fact I hadn't had one quiet night since opening, yet the place was as empty as a graveyard.

“What do you mean?”

There was a moment of hesitation before Bobby spoke. “This is the only bar in town Gypsy. The. Only. One.”
