Imaginary Candle

Satan massaged his head and groaned in annoyance. The physical torment drained all his energy.

"Roy, bring the car. I have to go somewhere." Satan commanded as he walked upstairs to get rid of the stinking smell of sweat.

"But Satan, you can't leave the house right now. If you did, you would not be able to regain your energy." Roy caught up to Satan and did his best to persuade him.

Satan completely ignored Roy and walked into the bathroom for a shower while Roy paced back and forth in worry. He wanted to call Brianna and ask her to plead with her, but with the thought of another war breaking out, Roy dropped the idea.

After spending 30 minutes, Satan opened the bathroom door and stepped into the closet. It was rare for Satan to choose a navy blue suit to wear.
