POV Finn

I woke up the next morning to sunlight streaming in our window and the crashing sounds of the sea. I smiled as I looked down at Layla still sleeping on my chest. She was so beautiful and I could look at her for hours and not get bored. I cuddled her closer and sighed. This was a moment I wanted to live in forever. I hoped that the rest of this vacation goes as well as this. Layla desperately needs this break. So do I. So do all of our friends to be perfectly honest. We have so much going on and we've had so much happen that we need to just be able to rest and reconnect with each other.

After snuggling for a bit, I suddenly realized that I needed to pee, desperately. Cursing my tiny bladder, I quietly slipped out from under Layla and hurried to the bathroom. I cleaned up and brushed my teeth. Then I silently walked back into our room to find a sleepy Layla sitting up, frowning.

"What's wrong, princess?" I asked, concerned.

"I woke up and you weren't here." she pouted. I chuckl
