POV LaylaI woke up early the next day feeling well rested. Since we were off school and Dad was off until Christmas, I was the first one up. I put on jeans and a long sleeved shirt and then packed a bag for the gym quietly. I ate a banana while I made toast. I ate toast with peanut butter and drank some oj. POV LaylaWe pulled up at the house and quickly sorted through the bags."Just leave whatever Jake and I bought here and we'll take it home to wrap." Van requested. He and Jake grabbed my bags, leaving me with the purple monkey. I juggled it up to my door and Vander opened it and let me go first."What the hell is that?!" Leo shouted at the sight of the monkey. I looked to see Peter, Finn, Tom, Hart, Keri, Eve, Sally, Leo, Luke and Dad in the living room all staring at the monkey."We won it for Layla." Jake said proudly. I blushed while everyone cracked up. I rolled my eyes and took my bags and the monkey to my room. I put everything away and put the monkey on my bed. I frowned when I realized that it took up over half my bed. I shook my head at it and walked back out into the hallway."I missed you." I heard a familiar voice say as Finn wrapped his arms around my waist. I turned and kissed him."I missed you too." POV LaylaI woke up early on Wednesday and smiled as I saw Hart snuggled next to me. Vander, Jake, Leo and Tom all decided to crash in Leo's room. I loved how safe and happy I felt as I could see the snow coming down outside of my window. I was glad that everyone stayed here or at Finn's last night. POV LaylaI woke up the next morning and hurried to the bathroom. Hart had stayed in our room again last night and I smiled at both him and Eve cuddled together on her bed as I rushed by. After the bathroom, I walked to the kitchen to clean up the mess from the night before. I had gone to bed while everyone was still here since I was exhausted.I was surprised to find a spotless kitchen. The big table was all set up and so were all the chairs. I smiled and sighed. POV FinnI woke up the next morning to Peter shaking me excitedly."Get up! It's Christmas!" he yelled and pulled me out of bed. I groaned but got up and we both got dressed quickly."Hey Dad! POV LaylaI woke up in bed the next morning with a headache. I must have fallen asleep on Finn on the couch and he must have put me in bed. I smiled. He's so good to me. I sat up but felt dizzy for a second. I sneezed a couple of times and heard Eve groan at me. I looked over to see her and Hart still cuddled in bed, sleeping. I quietly and slowly got up and walked to the bathroom. I looked in the mirror as I washed my hands and moaned. I looked horrible. My eyes were puffy, my nose was red and my hair was a mess. I quickly brushed my hair out and washed my face. I blew my stuffy nose and checked the mirror again. I still looked bad but maybe no one would notice. I went to the kitchen and started the coffee. Then I started some of the laundry and cleaned up the living room. I switched over the wash to the dryer and cleaned up the kitchen. POV LaylaI woke the next morning feeling great. I was so grateful that I was better before we had to leave for our big trip. I hopped out of bed and hurried to the bathroom and then the kitchen. Hart and Eve were still snoring in her bed. We were really going to have to look into getting Hart a real bed if he was going to have to stay here much longer. Of course, it didn't seem like either he or Eve minded sharing. I was just glad that Luke had loosened up about having guards sleeping on our couches. POV FinnI sighed with relief when the plane finally touched down. The trip here had been brutal and surprising. I was glad that Jake and Van stayed with me last night because we still had a hard time getting Jake up and out the door on time. Then dealing with Eve, Keri and Hart's massive amount of luggage.
