Chapter 90:Mr Whittaker

Jewel smiled at her son and asked him about his day. He told her all about his adventures at school and his plans for the weekend. As they chatted, Jewel couldn't help but feel grateful for the simple moments in life.

After dinner, Jewel decided to take a walk around her neighborhood. As she strolled down the street, she noticed a man sitting on a bench, staring up at the stars. It was the same man from the previous night.

Jewel hesitated for a moment, wondering if she should approach him. But something about the way he looked so lost in thought made her feel like he could use a friend.

"Mind if I join you?" Jewel asked, taking a seat on the bench next to him.

The man looked up and smiled. "Not at all."

They sat in comfortable silence for a few minutes, gazing up at the stars. Jewel broke the silence. "Do you come here often?"

"Sometimes," the man replied. "I like to think here. It's quiet and peaceful."
