KEN'S MEETS WITH TINA

Ken had come to sign a new deal for his company expansion in Tina’s town. He was a CEO and his family owned quite a several hotel chains. He had an interest in investing in the specific hotel  “The Ark” which was on an expansion mission towards investing in the hotel. Initially, it was not him who was to come to seal the deal but his brother Lewis.  The decision was changed at the last minute when Lewis was taken ill with the flu and was advised against traveling by his doctor. Ken early in the morning received a call from his brother Lewis, who never called him unless there was a reason, “To what honor have I received a call from my big brother Ken asked”. But his brother's tone was hoarse that’s when Ken knew something was wrong with Lewis. What happened brother he asked. “I was taken down with the flu the doctor advised me against traveling or having any visitors in the hospital room, he believes it can be contagious, please do me a favor and call my assistant in the office there is a deal I was supposed to go and sign for our hotels abroad and we want to expand our Franchise to East Africa so kindly contact my assistant he will give you the traveling details and the air ticket. I cannot travel in my condition so my brother kindly represents me. Ken did not have any choice but to visit his brother's office and get all the necessary details from his assistant, including the contract to be signed and the travel details. Plus a voucher for a safari the assistant said Mr. Ken this is a well-deserved vacation enjoy sir.

Ken just left to pack his luggage and proceed to the booked flight for the East African country. He could not believe the coincidence it was just the previous day they were talking with his best friend Kim about how he needed a break or a holiday. Kim told him to book a holiday to the Bahamas but Ken did not want to leave his work unattended. He had recently broken up with his girlfriend of six months. The lady was a gold digger who kept asking for cash and was also very rude and disrespectful to everybody Tom's friends and employees.     She always used to quarrel with any lady who was talking to Ken and picked fights with either Tom, his family or friends, or workmates whenever he went. Everybody was so pissed at the lady’s behavior and they wanted Ken to break up with her. Ken also found her nagging and suffocating and had even of the relationship he needed his space and to start afresh.

He looked miserable whenever they were together with Shelly his ex-girlfriend. She was a model and all she cared about is her carrier and keeping her model figure. Ken regretted ever meeting her and broke up with her after they quarreled at a staff party because she was confronting all ladies who were Ken’s workmates without even listening to reason. That day Ken was talking to his operation manager about a meeting happening and when Shelly saw them talking she came to start a quarrel between her and the staff. Ken could not stomach any more nonsense from her. He called the security and then instructed them, “Through her out of the gate and I never want to see her in my compound both home and office.” “Your clothes will be brought to you and don’t come near me I am calling my lawyer towards restraining orders. I know you are a gold digger will write you a check for $20,000 and that's the last amount of cash you get from me.

You have made my life miserable by being nagging and petty I am just tired and don’t want to see your face again. Shelly began crying “Please forgive me, Ken, I love you it’ll not happen again, I promise”. Ken shouted to the security people “I told you to get rid of her “. After the quarrel called his best friend Tom and said: “meet me at bridges I need to talk”. Tom noted that Ken was angry so he decided to question further but to go and listen to him. Tom knew when Ken was mad and the better thing he could do was to listen to him.  Ken drank himself miserably complaining about his ex-girlfriend luckily his best friend was there for him and took him to his house to sleep.

 The following day he woke up with a hangover but Tom called him and told him to rest for the day you need a broken man Tom said. He then called Tom’s brother Lewis who was organizing to go for a trip and when he had the predicaments of his small brother he decided Ken was more deserving to travel than him, he truly needed a break. He also booked a safari for Ken because he needed a break and what a good better place for him to think about his future than the jungle where he could forget about his misery with the ex-girlfriend although it was a relief because even their parents were against the relationship everyone knew that Shelly was a gold digger. Tom and Lewis planned about fixing Ken to take the trip and get a breather, that is when Lewis called Ken pretending to be unwell so that Ken would travel on his behalf. 

Although Ken was insisting on visiting his sick brother first Lewis was able to convince him not to visit him or he might end up not traveling at all. This was the breakup of flu and it was contagious so Ken saw the logic.

He took the plane and his flight landed without hiccups and he checked in the hotel which was the same hotel Tina was working. By a glance, he saw Tina who was busy talking on a phone a beautiful woman with beautiful brown eyes and hair and with a well-curved booty shape. They almost collided in the verandah and Tina apologized without even looking at Ken. She looked upset and was even weeping. Ken felt compassion for her and noted her name on the name tag and wanted to find out more about her. He felt obliged towards protecting her she looked so delicate and felt that nobody should be allowed to hurt such a beautiful yet looked fragile being.  Since he was heading for the meeting he noted that he would talk to her later. When he came back he found out that she had gone to the hospital and was off duty.

Ken used his cunning persuasive language from her colleagues at work to find out about her. He got all the details but was told it's unfortunate because she has gone on a holiday paid for by the company for a week. Ken asked for the details of the hotel she was heading to and was given and he booked for a week. His intuition was telling him to follow this girl and learn more about her. She looked very sweet and fragile and Ken felt obliged to protect her, he was mad about the jack of her ex-boyfriend and vowed he would make her happy. When he checked into the hotel he was pleased to see that Tina was unaccompanied and on the second day he decided to approach her with the excuse of the park. When she agreed to join him he was very excited and couldn’t wait for the day. His intuition told him that there was more about the girl that he needed to discover and learn. 

When he went to sleep that night he could not forget the kiss they shared yesternight it felt so special kissing her full lips and holding her next to his chest felt so real and he swore he wanted to be holding her for many more years to come. It is said that you can feel the right person as a life partner once you see them. Ken felt he needed to know more about Tina so he turned to the Tour guide for his assistance. He also felt that a safari drive in the park was a good way to forget his misery and start life fresh with Tina and also enjoy peace and tranquility.

Tina was in a deep sleep with a very romantic dream with Ken when the hotel phone rang.  Looking out the window it was dawn she was in dreamland then she had Kantai call her “good morning madam, it’s time to start our journey for the safari drive.

Don’t worry about breakfast I am carrying take out and we will bite something at the park hotel when we arrive. Please avail yourself within thirty minutes. Okay, Kantai thank you for my way just give me a few minutes while I shower. No problem madam Kantai said.

Kantai had been instructed by Ken to follow up with Tina he needed to be seen to be reserved. Then they organized they would sleep for one day at the park hotel and watch the animals coming to drink water the following morning the sight was breathtaking but since they did not want to alarm Tina Ken and Kantai organized that the guard would pretend that the car has broken down and called for maintenance to come and repair that would buy them one more day in the hotel at the park to stay and visit the game park. Kantai organized with his friend who was a mechanic and was more than willing to comply since it was a paid trip by Ken. Ken was willing to do all it takes to make sure that he had won Tina’s heart before he goes back to his country.
