Chapter Thirteen

I immediately went to the restroom, waiting for Pamela. To keep myself occupied, I watched my reflection in the mirror and made funny gestures, imitating Lucas Gambino. Eventually, I grew tired of doing that and started pacing around the restroom. I realized that I had been waiting for over five minutes, but Pamela still hadn't shown up.

"Pamela... please come," I pleaded.

This situation was quite confusing. I had asked her to meet me here as soon as possible.

Worried thoughts started to fill my mind. I began to wonder if something bad had happened or if she simply didn't see the importance of showing up. Maybe I was just a stranger to her. I couldn't understand why I had assumed she would come. However, as a stripper, she had more freedom than us waitresses. What could have happened?
