STUCK 2- The Beginning of the end

The key clicked inside the lock, struggling to fit just perfectly in the pattern. After seconds of struggling in the dark, she heard the almost inaudible click before the lock swiftly turned open.

Her furniture evanescently lit up with the thundering lightening outside, Gothically underlining the petrifying aura. She tried not to be affected by the storm outside. Even when the electricity was gone like on a typical rainy night, she didn't need a ray of light to know exactly what was where in her apartment. Slinging her purse on the sofa, she walked inside her room, flinching terribly when another thunder roared just outside her window on the twelfth floor.

Taking a deep breathe she entered the washroom not closing the door on her empty bedroom, turning on the hot shower. Her clothes had sticked on her skin like a glue, her hair drenched. Despite her attempts to shield herself with the umbrella, Mumbai rains hadn't cared for anything. She shivered as a gush of cold wind entered through
