MIA’S POV

I barely made it past the hallway, my heart hammering against my ribs. Stupid, stupid, stupid! I should've been more careful sneaking back in. My palms were already sweating when a shadow fell over me.

Sean.

His golden eyes burned into mine, predatory and knowing. My stomach twisted with dread and something else—something I refused to acknowledge.

"Were you with him?" His voice slid over me like velvet wrapped around a blade.

"I was not with anyone," I lied, fighting to keep my voice steady while panic clawed at my throat. Don't let him see you're afraid. Never show weakness.

His smirk unfurled slowly, knowingly. "Not with anyone?" The word dripped with mockery. "Then why do you smell like him, sweetheart? Like you've been running?"

Shit. Fear shot through me, cold and sharp. He knows.

Sean moved closer until I could feel his heat radiating against my skin. My breath quickened traitorously. Why does my body react to him this way? I hate him. I HATE him.

MIA’S POVThe door had slammed shut behind Sean, and I was leaning against it, my chest heaving. My hands were trembling as I pressed them to the wood, trying to calm the whirlwind of emotions raging inside me. The truth Sean had revealed about my mother had been hitting me like a sledgehammer, and the pieces of my shattered reality were feeling too sharp to handle. My mother—framed. I had known her better than anyone. She wasn’t perfect, but she wasn’t the manipulative monster they had painted her to be. They had been blaming her for their pain, for their broken family, and in doing so, they had been making me their scapegoat.I was sinking to the floor, my heart pounding. Fear was wrapping around me like a vice. The realization of just how dangerous my situation was had been making my stomach churn. I wasn’t just dealing with possessive mates; I had been trapped with people capable of ruining lives to serve their purpose.“They’ll never stop,” Ima had been growling in the back of my

Mia’s POVEvery muscle in my body ached as I struggled against the ropes that bound me. Scarlet and Layla had spent what felt like hours taunting me, slapping me, kicking me, and finding every way possible to inflict pain. My wolf, Ima, had been trying to push forward, but I held her back. I couldn’t let her reveal herself—not to them, not now.“They’re animals,” Ima growled in the back of my mind, her fury simmering. “Let me out. I’ll show them what happens when they mess with a white wolf.”“No,” I whispered internally. “If they find out what I am, it’ll only get worse.”Their laughter rang in my ears as they circled me. Layla delivered another sharp kick to my ribs, the force knocking the air out of my lungs. I gasped, coughing as I felt my ribs snap—only for them to begin healing almost immediately.“Look at her,” Scarlet sneered, crouching down to grab my chin roughly. “She heals so fast. It’s almost… fun.”“Like a toy that fixes itself,” Layla added, her voice dripping with mali

MIA'S POVAs I sat on the cold, damp floor, trying to make sense of everything that had just happened. My wrists were raw from the ropes they used to drag me here, and the metallic taste of blood lingered in my mouth. My mind replayed the scene over and over—the lies, the accusations, and worst of all, the betrayal.Scarlet and Layla had weakly cried to the brothers, spinning their web of lies so convincingly. They claimed I had dragged them to that room for revenge, that I attacked them out of jealousy and spite. Their trembling voices and tear-streaked faces painted them as victims, and the brothers had fallen for it.“Are you serious?” I had shouted as they dragged me out. “You’re really going to believe them over me?”Nathan had glared at me, his jaw tight. “You’ve already proven you’re dangerous, Mia. What else are we supposed to believe?”"Of course you would believe her. When did you ever believe me?" I gave a bitter chuckle.I could feel a smirk played on his lips; this was al

Rolex’s POVEverything felt surreal. None of us would have ever thought Mia was capable of something so vicious. The scene still haunted me—the two girls lying half-dead, and Mia standing there, holding a bloodied knife. Scarlet and Layla had sent us a message before it all escalated, claiming Mia had been spying for Tristan’s pack and had attacked them when they confronted her.It didn’t make sense at first. Mia, spying? Trying to kill? I couldn’t wrap my head around it, but when we arrived and saw the state of Scarlet and Layla, it became harder to doubt them. My gut twisted as I recalled the scene: the blood pooling around the girls, the knife trembling in Mia’s hand, and her wide, frantic eyes as we stared her down.Revealing pack secrets was one thing—a grave offense on its own—but attempted murder? That was something our laws couldn’t overlook.I remembered the way Xavier had stormed forward, his voice cutting through the chaos like a blade. “Do you even realize what you’ve done

Mia’s POVThe grand hall was filled with voices, all echoing harshly around me, each one another reminder of how far this had gone. Alpha Diego stood at the front, his expression unreadable as the hearing began. I stood in the center of the room, my body weak but my resolve strong.I could hear the insults hurled my way—vicious, cutting words that made my chest tighten. “Traitor,” someone hissed. “Spy,” another sneered. The parents of Scarlet and Layla were the loudest, their anger burning through the air.“You let her into this pack, Diego, and look what she’s done!” Scarlet’s father shouted, his finger jabbing in my direction. “She’s a disgrace to all wolves, and she’s dangerous.”I wanted to scream, to yell back that none of it was true, but I clenched my fists and bit my tongue. Anger bubbled inside me, but I knew better than to act on it. If I lashed out now, I’d only be proving them right.Diego raised his hand, silencing the room. “Mia, do you have anything to say in your defen

Tristan’s POVThe news hit me like a punch to the gut. Mia was being accused—because of me. The words echoed in my mind, each one more infuriating than the last. I had been away for days, handling pack matters, and now I returned to chaos. How could things have spiraled so far out of control?I stormed into Alpha Diego’s grand hall, my steps echoing off the marble floors. My men followed closely behind me, tension radiating from them. Diego stood at the head of the room, his expression hard and unreadable, surrounded by his sons—my rivals.“Where is she?” I demanded, my voice slicing through the tension in the room.Xavier smirked from his spot near the fireplace, crossing his arms. “She’s no longer your concern, Tristan. You’ve already caused enough trouble.”I strode toward him, my hands curling into fists. “What the hell is that supposed to mean? Where is Mia?”Nathan stepped forward, his eyes cold. “She was exiled. We don’t owe you any explanations.”My blood boiled. “Exiled? For

Nathan’s POVThree years. Three long, torturous years.I sat at the edge of my bed, staring blankly at the papers on my desk. They were supposed to hold my focus—pack reports, alliance agreements, numbers that required my attention—but all I could think about was her. Mia.We had been searching for her ever since that night, combing through every inch of the forest, every neighboring pack, and every rogue haven. But there was nothing. No scent, no sightings. Nothing. It was like she had vanished into thin air.“Still at it?” Sean walked in, his voice laced with a mixture of guilt and exhaustion.I didn’t look up. “I can’t stop. I won’t.”“She’s gone, Nathan,” Sean said, though his voice cracked slightly. “We’ve been searching for three years. If she were alive, we would’ve found her by now.”“Don’t,” I snapped, standing abruptly. “Don’t you dare say that. She’s out there, Sean. I can feel it.”Sean’s expression softened, but he didn’t argue. He knew better than to push me on this. Dee

Xavier’s POVThe crushing disappointment from the false lead weighed heavily on all of us. The girl we had found in the woods wasn’t Mia. She looked similar, but her wolf made it clear there was no bond, no connection. We had been fooled by our own desperation.I couldn’t stop replaying the moment in my mind—the fleeting hope that we had finally found her, only to have it ripped away. We returned to the pack with heavier hearts, the silence between us louder than any argument we could have had.“She’s out there somewhere,” Sean murmured as we got back to the house.“Is she?” Nathan’s voice was bitter, his face twisted with guilt. “Or did we lose her for good?”I didn’t have the energy to answer. Instead, I went straight to my room and poured myself a drink. The whiskey burned as it slid down my throat, but it wasn’t enough to dull the ache in my chest. It never was.For the past three years, this had been my routine—drink, regret, repeat. I had always prided myself on being the logica

Not just my life.I had won myself. For the first time in forever, I was at peace.I stood before the werewolf world, my silver gown flowing in the wind, my white wolf aura glowing softly around me. The night sky stretched endlessly above, the full moon shining like a proud mother watching over her child."The Moon Queen."The title was whispered with reverence, spoken with respect.I had proven myself. Not just as a white wolf. Not just as a Luna. But as a leader. The packs had united under my rule, their loyalty unwavering. They no longer feared me; they believed in me.And for the first time… I believed in myself, too.The brothers stood before me, their expressions nervous yet hopeful.Months ago, I would have laughed at the thought of forgiving them. But now?I exhaled slowly, looking at each of them. My body felt weightless, yet I had never been stronger. Every inch of me pulsed with the raw energy of the White Wolf.Keith’s expression twisted in disbelief, his hands clenched into fists. “No… This—this can’t be happening!” His voice wavered, but I saw the truth in his eyes—fear.I tilted my head, stepping forward with deliberate slowness. “You should be proud, Keith.” A smirk tugged at my lips. “If you hadn’t stabbed me, I wouldn’t have awakened.”His face turned red with fury. With a snarl, he lifted his hands. Dark energy crackled at his fingertips. The ground trembled. Shadows twisted unnaturally. The stench of death filled the air.I turned just as an army of demon rogues emerged from the darkness, their eyes glowing red, their bodies twisted by corrupted magic. I could hear my name—frantic, desperate voices calling out to me—but they felt so far away, like echoes in a void.I wasn't in the dungeon anymore.I wasn’t anywhere at all.A soft glow surrounded me, warm and comforting, like the moonlight on a peaceful night. And then, from that glow, she appeared. My wolf. No—not just my wolf. She was beautiful, ethereal. Skin as white as snow, long flowing hair the color of the full moon, eyes like the endless night sky. A presence so divine, so powerful, I immediately knew. The Moon Goddess.I tried to speak, but my voice wouldn’t come out. I wasn’t afraid, though. Her gaze held nothing but kindness, her expression serene."You’ve suffered, my child," she finally spoke, her voice like a melody carried by the wind. MIA’S POVI glared at Keith, my patience snapping as he paced before us like some grand villain in a pathetic play. His voice was thick with arrogance, dripping with the delusion of a man who thought the world owed him everything.“My father,” he sneered, “was the rightful heir to the Alpha title. But your father stole it from him. Stole what should have been ours.”I tilted my head, unimpressed. “Let me guess,” I muttered, crossing my arms. “And now you’re here to reclaim your birthright? Oh, Keith, how tragic. Such a sad little story. I might cry.”His face darkened. His jaw clenched so tightly, I thought he might break his own teeth.“You mock me?” His voice dropped to something colder, more dangerous.I scoffed. “Mocking implies I take you seriously. But I don’t. Because you sound like a spoiled brat throwing a tantrum over something that was never yours to begin with.”A dangerous flicker lit up in his eyes. “You think this is a joke?”I stepped forward, unbothered by the threat

Mia’s POVI was halfway to the dungeon when my steps faltered. The heavy scent of blood still lingered in the air, the thick stench wrapping around me like a warning. Something felt off. Then I saw him.Lucas.He was being dragged into the shadows, his body limp, his usually sharp eyes dulled with exhaustion. His lips moved, barely, but I caught it.Don’t.A silent command. A plea.My entire body tensed. Every instinct screamed at me to run after him, to tear through whoever had him in their grasp. But I didn’t.I clenched my fists, nails digging into my palms. The frustration burned like acid in my veins, but Lucas had signaled me for a reason. Rushing in blindly would only get me captured, too.I needed a plan.Spinning on my heel, I turned and sprinted toward the main hall, heart pounding wildly. My mind raced through every possible scenario. Who the hell had the guts to take Lucas? Keith’s men? Another enemy? No. I couldn’t let my thoughts spiral. Focus. I still had the tracker.L

LUCAS’S POVThe moment I stepped into the room, I knew something big had happened. The air was thick with tension, the scent of anger and relief clashing in a way that made my wolf restless. My eyes landed on Mia first. She stood at the center of it all, arms crossed, chin lifted, looking every bit like a leader. Strong, untouchable. But I knew her better than that. I could see the exhaustion in her stance, the tightness in her jaw."What the hell happened?" My voice was sharp, demanding answers.Mia’s gaze flicked to me, unreadable for a second before she spoke. "We caught the bastard who tried to poison our father."I stilled. "Our father?" The words felt strange on my tongue.Mia nodded, her expression hard. "He would have died if we hadn’t stopped him in time."My chest burned. I had barely had time to know the man, to understand him, and already someone had tried to take him from me. My hands clenched at my sides, but I forced my voice to stay calm. "Where is he now?""With the g

MIA'S POVEverything had gone exactly as planned.I stood there, watching the traitor tremble, the weight of his failure sinking into his bones. He still hadn’t spoken, but it didn’t matter—he would.Because this was my trap. The fight. The chaos. My father’s supposed helplessness. Every single part of it had been orchestrated—and he walked straight into it.I glanced at the brothers, who were still catching up to the reality of the situation. They hadn’t known either.Their fight had been real, but it wasn’t their own doing.I had set them up too. Because I want it to look real, though I told them to fight but I didn't tell the reason. Their argument had been the perfect distraction, drawing everyone’s attention—including the spy’s.I crossed my arms, a slow smirk curling my lips as I turned my gaze back to the traitor. But I had no time for their nonsense.Because I saw it.A shadow, a movement too calculated, too precise. The way they slipped through the crowd, not rushing, not panicked—just careful.Too careful.Every instinct inside me screamed. My stomach twisted, and an icy chill ran up my spine. I didn’t think. My body reacted before my mind fully caught up.I reached out, grabbing both of them—Xavier’s bicep, Tristan’s wrist—dragging them closer before they could resist.Their bodies tensed against my touch, Xavier’s heat seeping through his shirt, Tristan’s pulse hammering under my fingers. But I ignored the way my skin prickled from the contact.I leaned in, lowering my voice, barely parting my lips. MIA’S POVI knew I couldn’t do this alone. Keith was smart, calculating, and already a step ahead. If I wanted to catch him and the traitors hiding in the pack, I needed everyone’s cooperation—even the people I didn’t fully trust yet.Calling the brothers and Tristan for a meeting was a risk, but one I had to take.I didn’t tell Lucas. Not yet. He was still my brother, but I wasn’t blind to the hesitation in his eyes when it came to Keith. There was a softness there, a part of him that still saw his cousin as family. And right now, I couldn’t afford that weakness. The tension in the room was suffocating when they arrived. The brothers—Xavier, Nathan, Rolex, and Sean—stood on one side, possessive, protective, watching me like I would vanish if they looked away.Tristan stood on the other, arms crossed, jaw clenched, his golden eyes flickering with something unreadable. It was a miracle they weren’t already at each other’s throats.I exhaled slowly and stood between them, meeting each o
