“I hate myself” Tolu cried but Demola just looked into the darkness without saying anything.

“I can’t believe I didn’t realize I had such feelings for him until he and Ibukun started dating. Just how stupid I am. How can I call myself her elder sister? She even caught me confessing to her boyfriend. God, I’m so horrible” Tolu continued crying and Demola sighed.

“I can’t believe I liked a girl who is this horrible” Demola said softly and Tolu froze and her tears and sobs seemed to take a pause as well. She slowly loosened her hold around Demola’s waist. She raised her head to meet his gaze.

“Why are you looking at me like that?” Demola asked slowly unable to stop the heartache in his heart.

“I liked you. I like you but it seems like it’s not the same with you. Even still, we were friends, you shouldn’t have treated your younger sister like that” Demola said as he sighed and slipped his hands into his pockets.
