Chapter 119

Alexander barely slept all through the night. Each time he closed his eyes, he recalled the dead glare that was plastered on Amelia’s face all through the journey back to the mansion.

He had made to talk to her the minute they got back, but she walked away, without waiting for even a second.

“Is she that mad at me?” I asked myself again as I scoffed and groaned in frustration.

My life was at a stage that I considered to be the worst. I felt so disorganized, and now I made plans to start something with Amelia, she was giving me a red card.

Once it was breakfast time, I rushed over to the dining hall, waiting patiently to set eyes on her. My eyes were red and my head was aching terribly, but that was the least of my worries.

“Good day, master”, I heard the voice of some of the girls who walked in and took a seat in the hall.
