Lilith hadn't woken up after three days, and Tio, Carla, and Bianki were still waiting for her outside the hall. They were only compelled to leave if they needed to shower, pee, or eat. Colt, meanwhile, hasn't left the hall in three days as well.

The only person who could go inside and outside to check on Lilith was Old Neutero. He was also the one who brought Colt his meal. Even though Tio and Bianki attempted everything they could to get them to meet Lilith, they couldn't because the hall was already ringed by security, and Drake and his squad were the ones defending it.
